their prep of the balls raises psi by 1 pound. In controlled environment in locker room. Set at 12.5. Measurements would be different in outside weather.
What is the point of BB doing this unless the NFL is going to come out next and exonerate the pats ? Has to be something else...no way BB is just doing this out of the blue.
