Tickets started off low but now cause of 2 PSI they are at an all time high.

Has anyone had success from buying them right before the game?

I've heard of people waiting until about 15-20 min before kickoff and getting desperate brokers off guard, but that's obviously a big gamble just as well.

You're right...the tickets that we were going to buy were about 1,900 apiece the day that you took over the hotel room. Now those same exact tickets are at least 2x the amount. Wow...

I'm thinking about buying a plane ticket (I live in NYC and have a couple of weeks off before starting a new job) so it wouldn't be expensive to get there. I also have a friend in Phoenix so I can stay there. I don't know if it's worth it to take the gamble and fly out to Phoenix just to end up watching it on TV.

Yeah bad timing for me...

They should drop though starting monday I would imagine.. No stupid person would pay 4000 for nose bleeds

Yeah, I'm thinking the same. I hope that you have good luck and find something in the next week or so. There's got to be a point where they start going in the other direction. Keep us posted.

4000 will get you a seat on the 50 yard line but in the upper deck

Jesus.. Tix are still increasing.. Cheapest ticket on stub hub his $3500 now.. NFL ticket exchange is $4000!

Stupid ball gate

Sucks.. I hate waiting for tickets.. They have to drop.

For some reason I thought this would have the opposite effect and prices would drop. This actually makes my decision of whether or not to go easier. I aint paying 4 grand to sit in a corner.

You should have no problem finding sidelines, upper level, first 15 rows or lower end zones for $3,000-$3,200.

Nothing quite that low on Stubhub yet. Is there a better place to look?

I've been doing a lot of research... I've decided to wait until Thursday or Friday of next week to get tix....

Flights and hotels are starting to become sold out so we should see a significant drop I would imagine startin tomorrow or Monday

Stub sell tickets right up until game time so you can stand at the stub hub tent and buy tickets an hour before on your phone if needed .. Hopefully it doesn't come to that but I'm not paying 3,000 for nosebleeeds

I checked right after the Colts game and tickets were about $2000-$2100 through stubhub. However recently I discovered it a possibility to get time off work and travel to the SB from Australia, only to find tickets $3600 at a bare minimum plus a $400 service fee through ticket city.

Unfortunately for obvious reasons I can't just wait a few days before the game because I would have to organise flights. Alas my dream of attending my first ever Patriots game (and the only time I can see Brady play) in the best possible way is dead :(

I'm playing the waiting game too... Hopefully I can snag one between $1500 - $2000 by Saturday. I live in San Diego, so the plan is to drive down early Sunday morning and head back after the game. It's not looking good right now, but let's hope the ticket prices drop.

I've never done it, but at the last Super Bowl we overpaid a week beforehand, and when we got to downtown Indy way before the game there were ticket brokers everywhere selling them for about 1/2 what we paid (still over face, about $1,500 each as I recall). We said next time we'd buy at the game (this time I am lucky to be getting a ticket from a friend so I don't have this dilemma), but I don't know if I'd have the guts to actually do that.

I'm not dishing 3,000+ for nosebleeds.
