Yay Pats Fans is back up and running smoothly. I've missed this thread. :p

I feel like a loser been checking back, hitting refresh waiting lol

I didn't go quite that far, but I have checked several times throughout the night.

I think we're all hoping that someone is going to have some good news to share.

Yep, even though we shouldn't expect anything at 2 AM. Still after today, I feel better. I am banking on Schefter being correct. No evidence, no penalty and then...RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE!

I also think we won't be penalized because there is no evidence. But then again, it is Roger Goodell we are talking about who has no consistency in punishing. He both over punishes for ridiculous things and under punishes for outrageous things. There is just no telling what Goodell will do.

Saw something on that a little earlier but heard it's still up on ESPNBoston. But I wouldn't know because I try to avoid reading ESPN.

Yes, from some poster named "Patrick Pass" on the Bostonsportsmedia.com forum:

"Someone on Loyko's Twitter notes thats the ESPN Boston site link. It's gone from the main ESPN site. Tweeter speculates if they meant to remove may have just mistakenly neglected the ESPN Boston link and just removed main site link."

@SharksOfVegas on twitter is reporting no penalties will be imposed due to lack of proof, take it however....

Saw that too but I have no idea who that guy is.

Hmm it's a possibility, I s'pose.

Keep it up, guys.

Get that MF ball rolling with good news.

I thought it was pretty funny that the patriots great ball security was somehow evidence of tampering. They bench players for fumbling, its always been a big deal to them

I have been dissapointed with kraft throughout this so called deflate-gate.He has let his franchise take a beating from everyone.

I would say **** espn!!! I wouldnt do interviews with them. They have really ****ed us over

Just to elaborate a bit on this, the official tweets are below. Who knows if they're legit.

BREAKING - Our source has CONFIRMED there will be NO penalties imposed on the Patriots by the NFL in the wake of deflategate.

Sharks of Vegas @SharksOfVegas · 3h3 hours ago
Official announcement is expected sometime over the weekend. NFL simply has no "proof" the Patriots themselves tampered with the balls.

Sharks of Vegas @SharksOfVegas · 3h3 hours ago
NFL is not saying the balls were not tampered with, just that there is very little evidence against the Patriots.
