Just having some fun. Someone posted something about the Ravens claiming that our balls were deflated. Or maybe their kicking balls? Or maybe everyone's balls were somehow not up to par. Just thought it would be funny since Faulk isn't the biggest Pats supporter
Yeah, over/underinflated footballs explains the Ravens being unable to cover anyone in the second half.

The intense focus on the Pats may end up exposing a lot that goes on with all teams but it hasn't been an issue because they don't get the anal exam the Pats get.

Now this may end being something that is scrutinized for all teams.

We're getting to see how the NFL sausage is made, and there may be a lot of players and fans around the country who wish this had been left alone.
Unfortunately, just like spygate, other teams are now on notice and can clean up any wrongdoing. Looks like the Pats may be left swaying in the wind on this one. I still think it would be so stupid for there to be a mandate from the coaching staff to engage in this practice for the minimal rewards. If that's the case, how arrogant can you get? Going to only speak in hypotheticals until we get some more clarity.

we are just discussing the days events...its ok

No, most of you are burying your favorite team in hell and stating you won't even watch the superbowl, actually believing the league may force us to forfeit, and that BB should be fired on the spot.

It's pathetic.

I hate that many of you are fans of my favorite team, you (the ones posting as such) are pathetic and don't deserve to be fans of the most successful team in a very long time.

Wait for the freaking investigation to be finished instead of burying the team you support based on a tweet stating what a finding was WITHOUT ANY CONTEXT.

How simple are you?

I have trouble wrapping my head around the damnation from information with no context.

See I want to believe this, but my question is: there's been cold weather games since Football was invented. Why is this now just happening or being recognized?
Because no self respecting competitor would ever complain about a marginal amount of psi difference being the reason they got beat?

Because it's never been easier to start a fiasco like this?

It's not like the Colts had to throw a basketball around.

Don't get me wrong, if there was some kind of malicious intent then fine, punish em.

Right now it's a bunch of circumstantial and incomplete evidence being leaked or made up irresponsibly by "journalists" with agendas. And it's outrageous.

If only someone in the Patriot organization would say so.

I still think this is bogus and if anything both teams should be forced to use the same balls. I feel the league has no one to blame but themselves. Lastly, it seems the label of cheater is something we will never be rid of.

As I've been saying all along, it's a very easy common sense fix.

The NFL is brainless if they don't have their own personnel be the sole custodians of the game balls.

Let's be honest here... Throw out public perception and social mediots/people on your Facebook that you need to defriend: The Pats are currently at fault as much as evil football gnomes are.

During the AFCCG, the barometric pressure fell from 29.8 to 29.56 inches of mercury.

I'll leave that little tidbit of information up to the resident physicists in regards to possible effects on the pounds per square inch on an official NFL football.

The Ravens claims just take the biscuit. So apart from the protocol of who is handling which balls they claim to have felt that something about their kicking balls was off, but could not get it verified? Nevermind check themselves and get a feel for the balls? Do they want me to think they are stupid?

I'm worried about Brady and BB's hall of fame nominations.
I will wait before jumping to a conclusion with BB for certain but...

Cmon. Really? Brady's nod won't be affected.

Belechick should of known not to **** with Goodell and file tampering charges against the Jets.

Kraft should be on the phone right now with Goodell getting the skinny. I don't care if he's sleeping or not.

The only way to fairly check the balls would be to check all the balls from both teams at the same time before and after the game. If they only checked the Patriots footballs then it's shoddy investigating.

I feel bad for fans that take to heart what Jerry Rice and fans of other teams say. We were cheaters to them before this, we'll be cheaters after. This just gives them the opportunity to tee off on us, and at this time of uncertainty it's almost impossible to draw up any defense. For those of you that this applies, try your best to avoid social media.

Did Jerry really just say that... wow.
Well, football players aren't really known for having... above average intelligence, shall we say. It seems like that doesn't change much at the top.

So if guage pressure was low by 1.5 psi does that gay-falkes thing apply to absolute prrssure?

If absolute pressure goes down 5% due to temp differences between 75 and 45 about 15 degrees c. So that makes the guage pressure go down over 10% in this case as the 14.7 air pressure is obviously fixed?

10% pressure loss on 12.5 would be 11.25. So not that far off.

And it's probably like this in every game in cold weather. It's just that refs don't bother measuring the pressure. And other teams may start out at 13.5 psi.

Last time I played the Patriots @ Gillette Stadium, I left my blow up dolls in my locker room. Came back after the game was over and lo and behold, they were all deflated. Now I know what happened. #Deflategate

I am so annoyed by this that I almost want us to become the bad guys. We go out of our way to bring in high character players, do good in the community(vince literally rescued a woman the other day), and never talk crap in the media. But we are somehow the scum of the league. Lower than Pitt, Ravens, Bengals, etc. If this continues next year, we should give the league a REAL reason to hate us. Maybe sign Suh and encourage his style of play etc.

I want to know what's going on with Tamper Gate?
Where are the media reports the outrage the news shows.
I want to see Woody punished this happened way before our balls deflated.
