When spy gate broke, it broke that same afternoon.

The pats were raped by the commissioner just days later.

Yawn....pats will use this as more motivation
@fbgchase: Belichick: "I am not going to address the claims about the footballs last weekend. We're focused on deflating a different Wilson this week."

I'm willing to bet the farm the officials never weighed the balls.
That the Patriots tried to get over on them knowing this.
Bill has the game down to a science he knows which refs don't weigh the balls or if they let it slide. But if you punish the Patriots punish the Packers and the Panthers look all the teams that start with P's purposely play with their balls.
It's a stupid rule as long as the ball isn't Deflated horribly. What does it matter how the teams QB likes his balls.
For all we know Tom has been playing with the ball that way for who knows. Does that make Aaron better then him to the media because he overinflates to get a advantage.
No way I believe we tried to do what every team does and get the Balls our Quaterback liked on the field. If the ref thinks it needs pumped he doe so.
Who was hurt by this again?
I will as a fan always stand by this team and stand by BB and Tom. Please let's get the quotes from Rodgers out there on facebook on NFL.com on ESPN til it gets picked up by even the smallest reporter.
We cant be the punching bag that the NFL has made us out to be.

Say the Patriots had the ballboy deflate the balls. The rule book stipulates what the penalty is. $25k. And, when the Vikings and Titans were caught manipulating the balls on the sidelines this season, the NFL did not penalize them. Given those 2 facts, why are people talking about draft picks?

What were the specifics re: the titans and vikings manipulating balls this year? Is there a link anywhere?

Balls are not airtight containers. Neither are car tires. We reinflate soccer balls after games because they lose air. In fact, I've had tires that lost pressure with colder temps, but when it warmed up the next day, the tire was still down

Then you have a leak. Also, 11 balls at 2 psi ? You're grasping and ignoring science.

Also, 2psi is 15% change. If your car tires lost 15% air, you have a significant leak.

I wonder if that 1 odd ball was the kicking ball

This is whole thing is just effing silly.

Because the vikings and titans havent been kicking the rest of the leagues ass for a decade and a half straight now.

AHA!!! The Sal Alosi Protocol...nah, would never work. Goodell already used that one
It's happening. Guaranteed. It's only out the team has at this point.

We never will. Even if the Patriots tampered, we will never know what the weather did,
What are you talking about? Isn't that why we have scientists?

just to make sure here, underinflated balls are better?

Worst part is, you know the colts fans will troll.

They won't even have a articulate, no biased convo about how in the second half, with proper inflated balls the pats were actually BETTER and scored enough points to best the colts several times over.

.....That said, I have a feeling we're gonna hear how the refs didn't properly check the balls with two hours fifteen minutes to go. That is essentially what Rodgers said he banks on, being able to get over-inflated balls past this half-assed inspection......

And THAT may be what the league officials are distraught about.
