Revis vs Sherman

Probably Baldwin or Kearse

Revis on Baldwin and then Kearse perhaps with the safety cheating to his side? I've seen Kearse catch a lot of long balls, including today

Both Kearse and Baldwin can run every route on the tree.

Revis will be able to actually move, Sherman was pretty beat up

Will Sherman definitely play? He looked pretty banged up running about with one arm out of commission.

Sherman went down with a (apparent) shoulder at the end of the game. He was holding his arm like it was a shoulder in overtime as well. His punk ass is hobbled. As stated in another thread. Bunch heavy to his side, run three times and beat his ass up. Punch Petey's fake bullies in the mouth and willingly turn it over and work on that run game.

Edit: listen to patfanken and destroy teary ass Wilson every chance they call it. I'll give BEAST MODE five a carry if we get after Russell. Then shut em down on our half of the fifty.

Sherman plays one side of the field, the Pats could stick Slater out there and Sherman would still only cover him.
I saw the same thing tonight and feel the pats should do just that.. Have a receiver like Slater run bombs every play. Tire Whoopie out.

And, for badness sake: If he lines up to you in bump and run coverage holding his left arm, level the loud mouth bastard.

Didn't Odell Beckham JR. school Sherman? Either way, who cares? Both are super players and both sides have extreme confidence in their #1 CB.

Against Seattle, I want to see some DB blitzes.

In fairness, ODB Jr schools everybody....

Revis has one more arm to play with than Sherman.

In any way, it seemed to me TB threw more to the left outside of red zone. ANYONE?

If Revis beats Sherman in the SB, his price tag is going be sky high if he wants.

Looked to me like both Sherman and Thomas we're hurt in the NFCCG.

Thinking about it...could that be a viable game plan? Just put Slater or Boyce on Sherman and make him run 50 yards down field every play then have Amendola/Edelman run an out into the space created.

With Sherman apparently having a dislocated elbow, he'll be pretty sore even in two weeks time. Let's split Blount out as a WR on that side and throw him quick screens, forcing Sherman to tackle that load.

I'm just kidding, of course, but I'm pretty sure that our coaches will do everything possible to put Sherman in a position of having to be physical.

Different Systems.
In Carroll's system he wants to keep sherman on the right side because almost all QBs are right handed.

This forces the opposing QB to have to rely more on across the throw shoulders. Which is fine by me.
Cam and Rodgers both have tested Sherm and paid the price.

Only time Sherm shadows #1 is when we had Sherm and our 4th string CB on the other side.
Byron Maxwell is a very capable corner that does a serviceable job against #1s. He rarely gets abused.

I'd prefer that the Pats run the ball more. How are the Hawks vs the run?
