I like the Pats chances if they can contain ML and get the ball to 11 and 87

Seattle is a tremendous team, but I have a hard time feeling nervous about the Pats given their performance today. It'll be hard, but ultimately I think Brady and Bill bring it home.

The patriots always own the colts. What happened today was nothing new..... The seahawks are not the colts tho. That being said, I'm pretty confident about the pats chances.

I'm excited to see Kam Chancellor against the Gronk see them go at it should be a treat

The only reason Seattle nearly lost was because Russel Wilson had easily his career worst game and gave the ball up 4 times with a QBR of 0 (1st half).

Baltimore could've beat NE last week if they had done (blank)

You can say anything you want in the N'if'L
Rogers also had one of his worst games.

This is true, I prefer playing the colts lol. Perhaps the safeties can be exploited?

NFL pass defense rankings (yards)

1. Seattle
10. Greenbay
12. Indi
17. New England

Lol. Yards.

You're gonna have to do better than that.

I don't want to make a thread (for superstitious reasons since the last times)

but did anyone feel like the post-game celebration was slightly a bit too much? I don't know. I expected it to be a little more tame.

GB lost because they settled for 3 instead of scoring TDs. They let their foot off the gas and totally melted down at the end.
My father and I said the same thing those first two drives...I'm sure GB is thinking the same thing right now

Seattle are going to be one tough team to play. That defense is legit. teams don't go to Back to Back SB's without being good teams. They are well coached. Lynch and Wilson present a challenge to this D. If you don't think they are going to try and copy KC's gameplan then you are mistaken.

IMO it's going to come down to... can our O put up the points. Because stopping Lynch and Wilson all game has proven tough all year.

I am going to enjoy this tho. This season has just been so enjoyable. Written off mid season. Now in with a shot. How good.

We know Lynch from his days with the Bills.
And he was effective then too. If Hightower and Collins can limit his effectiveness, our chances sky rocket.

colts beat writers are already making excuses

GB or Dallas receive a free td veggie the half like Indy/Baltimore....

Pats have beat the opponent and the refs. Again, that td tonight was a gift, we truly won 45-0.

Rogers also had one of his worst games.
3 of his worst QBR rating games (since he's been considered elite) in his career have all been against the Cheathawks.
This was expected imo.

He also stunk against the Bears in the NFCCG that year they won the SB. In fact, Rodgers generally struggles against top 5 defenses (were talking about it in Fox and showed the stats).

Tom Brady is STILL the best QB of the game.

SI SI SI !!!

ANDIAMO AL SUPER BOWL !!!

GRAZIE RAGAZZI - AVANTI COSI' PATRIOTI DEL NEW ENGLAND !!!

Seahawks are much better than the Colts, no doubt ...

But the Pats aren't the Carolina Panthers that came in to the post season with a losing record, or the Arizona Cardinals with a 9th string QB...Seattle hasn't played a COMPLETE team like us. We won't choke away the game like GB did. They know that...

This is going to be a very evenly matched SB...

Seems like your trying to have it both ways. Wilson playing like crap was anomalous and not evidence that he can get beaten by the defense. It won't happen again, normally he wins easily. But Rodgers playing like crap wasn't anomolous, and just proves how great Seattle is.

Pats almost won in Seattle 2 years ago against that vaunted D. They can win.

According to BB it is "on to Seattle", OP take note it is the opponent not the venue that matters.

BB is right, yet again.

Otherwise, instead of saying "we're on to Cincinnati" he would have said "we're on to Foxborough."
