Interestingly a lot of them pick the colts to win and constantly cite this nugget
or the 2010 jet game
I'm not confident in this game at all. Colts have a bunch of weapons on offense and their defense has been playing real well lately. The Pats defense was lethargic last week and the state of our Oline is kinda scary right now.
Fair point, but that's not going to matter if NE plays lackadaisical defense again.By gametime i'll be low 40s with a cold, steady rain with some wind kicking up.
It'll be interesting to see how a young, promising QB leads a dome team does under this kind of weather and pressure against a team playing at home that is built for this kind of weather.
I think you will see a different defense tomorrow night. My moles tell me there was a lot of anger in Foxboro this week.Fair point, but that's not going to matter if NE plays lackadaisical defense again.
which means he picked the Pats last week!! In week one of playoffs he was 2-2 picking the Bengals over the Colts and the Steelers over the Ravens. Gee, that's a reach going with his team and the other AFC north team in week 1. Hoge means nothing....Hodge is 4-0, beware of Hodge.
He picked the Pats over the Ravens last week.....I think he hates the ravens more than the Pats.I don't mind people picking against the Pats, but somebody needs to call out Merrill Hoge for his anti Pats bias if he really did pick Indy. I can't remember him ever not picking against the pats.
Best was when Rich Eisen called out Marshall Faulk for that a few years ago.
Not all of the ESPN "Experts" have picked yet, but it will be no surprise to anyone that Merrill Hoge picks the Colts.

I wanna see the kind of defense during the stretch we saw vs. Chicago, Denver, and Detroit earlier this year.I think you will see a different defense tomorrow night. My moles tell me there was a lot of anger in Foxboro this week.
Thanks for a really useful link! You can get everyone's here: http://nflpickwatch.com/
Agree with everything except TB seeming ****y. Otherwise, agree.I don't like like the Pats being picked so much. Even TB seems a little ****y. I like when we are the underdogs. Bad mojo. No Sir, don't like it.
I know he's just feeling confident, but it gives me bad memories of "only 17-14?"Agree with everything except TB seeming ****y. Otherwise, agree.

I always like when people propose "solutions" to Gronk, if you try it he will throw you out of the club
