Not every allegation is true, of course, but this IS different from the Edelman case. He was never actually charged.
Understood PChick, it is a step further into the judicial process than Edelman's case. And, fyi, my comment was not an opinion on McNary's guilt or innocence.
It is extremely important that the guilty get the justice they deserve, and it is extremely important that the falsely accused are left unharmed. Since I assume everyone would definitely want that above anything else, isn't my point about 'player A was falsely accused, it is possible player B is also falsely accused(charged)' still valid?
