Black Monday and the NFL Coaching Carousel

Going to take a shot here connecting the jobs to the correct coach.
Chicago Bears - Rex Ryan
Atlanta Falcons - Josh Mcdaniels, Adam Gase?
49ers - Dan Quinn what better way to take down your biggest competition then to hurt them on D and who knows how to attack that team better?
Oakland Raiders - Bruce Arians Dark horse here but he has the Pitt O flying and there are alot of good pieces in Oakland right now.
Well hope I'm wrong about the McDaniels prediction but I can't see him going In a much better situation.

Yeah I agree. I just think Cowher is a lot more consistent and Mike Tomlin clearly won a Super Bowl with Cowher's team.
He sure did!

I think Rex goes to ATL or TV
Josh, hope he doesn't leave but ATL or SF maybe, could be Gase also

Whoever comes into Oakland needs to get rid of all of those ****ty contracts they gave to Justin Tuck, LaMarr Woodley and all in a last ditch effort for Dennis Allen to keep his job.

I can't see Arthur Blank putting up with a guy like Rex Ryan.

Gase is overrated. I think teams will pursue McDaniels first. Atlanta is a good landing spot for Josh. The key to Josh succeeding in take 2 of being a HC is being likeable.

I think they gave up on Trestman too soon. But if you're going to need a new QB, may as well get a new HC, too I guess.

No mercy for Trestman or the GM.

They give Cutler a big contract that locks the team in to him for the foreseeable future. Either Trestman signed off on it or he didn't. If he did, what is he then allowing his OC to brief against Cutler for and why is he benching Cutler? If he didn't, what kind of a coach is he?

Debacle. Even more dysfunctional than the Jets.

I can't argue with that but the only thing with Josh is that I don't know if he wants the Kap experiment, I don't think he is a good QB and that killed Josh last time. He would be wise to make sure he has the ability to work with a Decent QB. ATL's problems are mostly on defense.

I do think Gase is going to get a look at a couple jobs.

Ariens used to be OC for Pitt but currently Todd Haley runs the offense for Tomlin.

And Gase is also very very young. Young coaches don't succeed when they first get a Head coaching job. Josh McDaniels is young, but he has experience as the head man, so I agree with you.

@RapSheet: First the GM, now Trestman —> RT @MikeSilver: I'm told Bears coach Marc Trestman will also be fired. @nflnetwork

Bears really wasting away Marshall/Jeffery/Forte/Bennett.

Attractive spot for a vet QB like Hoyer if they finally can Cutler.
IMHO, the Bears are making a very big mistake. They mistook the presence of a crew of Offensive skill players for a complete team.

They lost because they have no linemen for either line and little skill position depth behind their stars.

Trestman is a proven winner and would have righted that ship given a couple of years of solid meat-and-potatoes drafting. Cutler may not be an intense "leader" but he is accomplished and a realist. He could see the genuine deficiencies on the Bears and merely tried to survive.

My prediction is that a team with everything but a QB, like the Bills or Texans, could sign Cutler and advance to the Playoffs, immediately, and to the SB within three years.

I could see Ryan and his brother going to Oakland

Tom Coughlin will be back with Giants in 2015

They had to because 2015 is their scheduled ****-the-bed-and-somehow-win-the-SB year.

WE play them in NY next year.. Hopefully it won't be in week 17 :D

Crap I meant Haley but yeah he has that offense humming but I think more credit goes to Mike Munchak o line coach that O line may be second only to Dallas.
But yes I'm scared unless Josh has plans to commit to New England, Atlanta Is a dream job.

LOL

Todd Hayley set the cheifs back half a decade, and then has only had half an okay year with the steelers in addition to the other 1 and a half piles of garbage.
