Scouting Report: Ty Sambrailo, OT/OG

Arm length will be key on guys like him. I like Spencer DRANGO and Jake FISHER more than him. It's hard to really judge someone like Sambrailo as he's not in one of the top conferences.

I like Sambrailo. What I'm not at all sure of is how I rank Sambrailo, Erving, Drango and Fisher.

Drango and Fisher are up next for me to watch.

I think there's a very good chance that Scherff, Collins and Clemmings will probably all go top 20, so I'm very much hoping that one of the above-mentioned guys (or possibly Ereck Flowers, if he comes out) is within range in the 2nd round.

I expect we will be seeing a lot of OL scouting reports. but Sambrailo looks interesting.

I'd be interested to hear everyone's opinion on Wisconsin's RT Rob Havenstein. Of course he's pretty tall (6'8") so it's probably OT or bust with him (sorry to use the b-word). He probably wouldn't be able to move inside to OG but he might supplant Cannon as a swing tackle.

He's one of the few O-Tackles that have caught my eye in my limited college viewing this year. I don't think he's as nimble and athletic as the O-Linemen we looked for during the Dante era. But I think he fits the profile of the big, strong, mean mfers we tend to go for now.
