"For the first time, all markets will see four Sunday afternoon games (two on CBS and two on FOX) plus the NBC Sunday night game with the NFL’s Week 17 double doubleheader schedule, which was introduced in 2006."

This means Pats fans out of state have a better chance of seeing the game. For example, south of Tampa we had the Bucs at 1PM with no AFC/CBS game. Now such a game is allowed. Hopefully it's Pats vs Bills although Miami also plays at 1PM :(

We'll find out Wednesday when the 506 comes out

They'll still show Chargers Chiefs in my area.. I suppose it makes sense I mean both teams are still fighting for a playoff spot.

Even though the NFL has done a lot of dumb stuff the past few years I think one of the best things was making sure more division games ended the year so there are fewer meaningless games.

I remember one year when we faced the 2-14 49ers at the end of the year.. yeesh.

fingers crossed here in Tampa...

2004, which is a pretty good model for how NE will approach this game. They struggled initially, but once they got the game under control in the second half, Bill started trotting guys out individually so they could all get a round of applause.

On Long Guyland I'll have Jets at Fins... or to put it in Charlie Brown Halloween terms...
