Better yet, if denver loses next week and pitt wins, i believe pitt gets the number 2 seed. Denver would have to face SD on wild card weekend.
"The Steelers cannot be the No. 2 seed even if they and Denver finish with 11-5 records. The Broncos hold the tiebreaker (strength of victory) over the Steelers."

Only hope of the Broncos dropping to the 3rd seed is them losing to the Raiders and the Bengals beating the Steelers. Any other scenario and the Broncos avoid the Chargers in the divisional playoffs.

Actually, my mistake....it looks like cincy has an opportunity to get the number 2 seed if denver loses and the bengals win next weekend. So we're all bengals fans nxt week.

I believe Indy is locked in as the #4 seed. The best they can finish is 11-5. If Pittsburgh beats Cincy then they are the #3 seed and Cincy becomes the #5 seed. If Cincy wins next week then they are either the #2 (unlikely) or #3 seed based on whether Denver wins.

I am just glad we are a lock at #1. Thanks you Cinncy.

Bill will figure out what is best for the Buffalo game. Two weeks off for some players to heal is terrific.

Unlikely that denver wins, but oakland is playing well now. Im sure they will love making denver play on wild card weekend.

I think Pittsburgh beats Cincinnati - they are playing at home, and Cincinnati will have a hard time putting 2 good prime time performances together in a row. I also think that Pittsburgh can go on the road and beat Denver, much as Baltimore did 2 years ago. Not sure that is a good thing.

Curious how much Blount will be able to contribute in terms of scouting if we end up playing the Steelers.

THANK YOU to Cincinatti, St Louis, and Seattle for helping us out. After missing the playoffs despite going 11-5, not having homefield the last couple years despite beating Denver head to head both regular seasons, it's a major appreciation to have gotten our share of help this season. More than enough honestly because I don't think beating Buffalo would have been any issue.

Always relieving to know that the road to the SB goes through Foxboro, huge advantage.

Im forwarding some of my xmas cash to the bengals organization

How things have turned around. From the death of the dynasty and the demise of Brady to the best team in the league !
