I don't recall the Colts winning the SB in 2010 but I'll check.
Manning was stellar for most of '09. His team was 14-0, and they dominated the Ravens and Jets in the playoffs. He made a terrible throw in the SB, that ultimately cost the Colts the game, but before that he was very good in that game as well. Terrible example. Manning was bad in the '06 playoffs and but his team and defense were up to the task.

The Steelers offense can pick their defense apart especially if Marshall and aware are not back. Bell will run all over them.

The year the Colts won the Super Bowl, the Colts had a good running game (the Broncos ran well for two games in the last month) and got a spark from the return of Bob Sanders on defense. The Broncos defense is getting depleted right now.
The Colts running game SHOWED up in the playoffs. Regardless this the NFL and anything can happen. Who would have thought that the Ravens would have won the SB two years ago, after their injuries? I still have Seattle winning it all, but this should be a very interesting playoffs , filled with upsets.

I said 2010 not '09. He had a bad season and then got bounced by the Jets after only scoring 16pts.

Manning was not even bad in the Jets game. He was ok, and he was going up against a Jets defense, that went on to shut down Tom Brady and company in the divisonal round. But we'll see what happens this time around.

By this argument, the Broncos could be one and done no matter who they play in the playoffs. Why are you arguing there is no way they aren't going to make it to the AFCCG by arguing anything can happen in the playoffs?

I Didn't say there is no way they aren't going to the AFCG. I said I don't think there is a team, that will take them down in the divisonal round. There's a HUGE difference.

The Broncos have been beatable for a while. I don't think there is a team in the playoffs that have no shot at beating them. And if they play on a bad weather day, I like almost any team going into Denver chances.

My biggest take away from that game - ************, Andy Dalton is a terrible freaking quarterback. I think A.J. Green getting hurt was a net positive, because it stopped them from trying to make Andy Dalton throw anything besides cheesy screens and roll outs. Every time he came back in, they tried to make Dalton drop back and almost throw a pick.

What you are witnessing , Pats fan brothers is the PROTOTYPICAL Jet Fan disease..."WASHED UP FAVRE SYNDROME"...this 25678 Jet fan is showing the early signs that are sure to blossom into full blown Jetmania when a washed up Manning is crap canned in Denver and signed by the Rats. None of us know WHY this always happens, all we know is that it is decreed by some higher power to happen.

"You rarely see that from Peyton Manning in these critical situations." - Jon Gruden

Whatttt????
You not only see it regularly. You expect it.

That's a classic.

How about the Broncos 3rd and 5 draw play from their own 15? Gruden says that it "took guts to run it there." Huh?!?

Mentioned the possibility to an unfortunate Jet fan friend on Facebook moments ago. He shares our hatred of five head.

Looking forward to seeing Jimmy G take snaps next week.
If he does, I hope that he will put the ball where his receivers aren't vulnerable. We don't need to lose an Edelman or LaFell trying to haul in a poorly thrown pass.

We should start an e-mail campaign to Woody Johnson begging him to go get Manning in the offseason...as loyal "Jet" fans of course.

beautiful game to watch
manning was so terrible. three picks in the 4th quarter. lol the last one was priceless. a back footed off balance duck pick 6!!:D bengals should of won by more but theyre the bengals for a reason!

That wasn't the last one fool! It was the off target airball, that if thrown five yards father would be a throw away. Hopefully manning doesn't get a feel for his noodle arm before the playoffs.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear he has "arm fatigue," similar to some MLB pitchers. At his age, it may be a death sentence.

Look at the back leg.

Good night everyone.

I'm no doctor, but that doesn't look right at all.

The story line this week will be about the toughness of P6 and of the heroic attempt he made in spite of a bad knee.
