If I had one concern about the Patriots, it would be at the strong safety position, and maybe even at the linebacker position, covering tight ends down the field. Patrick Chung gave up a touchdown to an average tight end, and that’s been the theme the entire year.

Not just this season.

I guess his point is that for an elite tight end the Patriots have enough resources to throw at him (e.g. Collins, Browner or another CB). But when he's an ordinary guy and they don't focus the gameplan on him, the Patriots' ordinary way of handling him isn't good enough.

Human growth Harrison's one concern, where to get the drugs mailed.

That's my worry also. TE can hurt us.

Boo you. Rodney can do no wrong.

Loved Rodney in his playing days. One of my favorite all time players. Then they gave him a microphone and ruined it all. His passive aggressive prediction before super bowl 46 was quite bothersome.

lol, a broncos troll

Lol id like to think I've been around long enough for that to be fairly easy to disproove. I'm about as big of a homer as it gets. I just don't like Benedict Harrison's on air persona.

The dude is super smart and good behind the mic. He does need to come across as objective and that may make him go a bit anti-Pats sometimes, but overall he's super fair. He straddles the line better than anyone, and most handsomely.

Also, I really like Rodney.

my one concern is the OL they have to play better then they have the last few games, the defense is way better then anything the pats have put out there the last 5 years or so but its still not a shut down defense I don't see them holding playoff teams under 20 so the OL has to play better cause they will need to score every bit of there 30 point average in the playoffs

Fair point but I prefer Tedy Bruschi and his Patriot pom poms. Rodney sells himself to a country of Patriot haters. Just my opinion.

Rodney is the absolute best former Pat media member, with Chatham a close second.

Ugggh. Bruschi is not good at all, which is too bad.

I sadly agree with you. Tedy's hairline is amazing, but other than that he's mediocre.

It's not an unknown or rocket science to put forward the position that Patrick Chung is horrible in coverage. If I were an opposing coordinator, I'd be going after him too. That said, he's been far better this season than in previous years.

It'll be interesting if the Patriots attempt to upgrade the position in the offseason. The platoon of Chung, Harmon, Wilson is okay but could certainly be improved.

Harrison and Brusch are both abysmal behind the mic. Am I imagining these laudatory posts? Oh and it doesnt make you a broncos fan to point out the obvious use of PEDs by both players. The NFL is awash in PEDs. You are hopelessly naive if you think otherwise

I'm a broncos fan because I don't like former patriots dumping on my team in the media selling out to a country that is fed up with our sucess. Come on patriot nation stand up to this guy. I knew my comment wouldn't be popular but I don't care If I'm alone, that's how I feel. F him and his super bowl pick. "I got a house and a family in Boston, who you think I'm picking?" Nice pick you jerk, just say Giants.

I don't see how anyone could dislike Harrison as a media member. He's charismatic, funny, insightful and sincere. He's one of the few guys that you feel is giving you an honest opinion that wouldn't change with the mic off. His open rooting for NE might be a turn off for a national fan, but it shouldn't here.

I'm still angry at Rodney for this

Wasn't there a Patrick Chung appreciation thread a week ago?

So you're admitting you love the Broncos and hate the Pats?

JK. But I really do think Rodney is great behind the mic. He comes across as very... thoughtful.
