It is a six point game. String together a good drive and the Pats can take the lead. They do need to establish the run more even if it doesn't work just to keep the rush off Brady.

Stuck in a pit playing nutcracker all day and I'm enjoying the colorful commentary in this thread.

Denver is not going to lose a other game. Pats lose this they have no chance of beating Denver in Denver.

The Front 7 seems overly concerned with Smith's scrambling. They're just standing there in an attempt to contain him. I would much rather see us bring some guys to force him to make quick decisions. This was the same thing they did vs. Rogers.

the funny thing is, we are playing like hot garbage and it is STILL only a one possession game...that is kinda funny...

One almost gets the impression the Pats just want the playoffs to start. THe end of the regular season has got to be frustrating.

But when you look at the Jets, they have definitely played good teams close this year so its not a complete shock.

That's the 2nd punt they returned with a long hangtime. WTF is going on with the Pats today?

Are you sure it's just intensity?
What about not having depth in receiving talent with Edelman out?
The Jets are using the same gameplan they've been using against us the last few years.
Clog the middle and dare Brady to throw the deep ball, while at the same time relying on a mediocre O-LINE to be owned by a far superior Jets D-LINE.

This team will live and die by their O-LINE play, and it's way too inconsistent to make a superbowl run.
