The Official Patriots vs Jets Game Thread

Counting on Amendola to win my fantasy championship game today... I know, I felt like a crazy person today too, but it's PPR and I get points for return yards and so far it's working out!!!

A seven point lead. It may be insurmountable for the Jets' offense. They only have a full half and 12 minutes of the second quarter to score 7 points.
another TD and the jest players will fold

That TD was good, but the critical aspect of this game will be to create a 2-3 score lead. THAT's when the Jets fervor will begin to crack

Brady 10/12 71 1 td

Give him time OL and we'll dink and dunk all day

Well.. that game is noz competitive anymore

Nice recovery on offense. Quick, decisive passes and decent run by Bolden. That touchdown is huge, we don't want a mud wrestling match. That's the way to offset the rush, too.

Time to pile on Geno.

Ref 2: "No, no. You can't flag him for his special move. Didn't you read the code list? Revis gets to hold, Browner gets a 50% miss chance on hands to the face, and Gronk gets to spike after a touchdown."

Pathetic quarter....these slow starts are worrisome.

The way I see it: a division rival who's head coach is defensive minded.... The teams are trading jabs in the opening round, and can't you see it happening already: the Jets are starting to take hits and lose steam. How can that be pathetic performance by New England... they're grinding down the opposition. Not every possession can score points, but they open the way to scoring...

I said in one of the Edelman threads earlier that the best thing that could happen to the Pats would be if Julian had to limit snaps and Brady came to trust Amendola again.

I'll stand by that.

The ONLY reason Amendola hasn't had a better year is because Brady simply won't look at him. The guy is open all the time.

Having him and Julian in Brady's sights will greatly improve flexibility on offense.

The Pats have to have the best special teams in the league. Those guys are awesome!

No. What is pathetic is not understanding blocking schemes and blitzing..
I don't know if that makes me feel better or worse. 15th game of the year you would think the Oline should learn the blocking schemes.

gang...sup...nice drive there....need that slot position today, hope #80 can stay healthy for the game...

Wondering why Wright has completely disappeared

I keep telling myself he's our secret weapon in the playoffs. We'll unleash the vaunted two TE set passing attack again with virtually no film on us doing it this year haha.
