Nobody ever tells me MY hair is gorgeous... :(

Kinda nervous for this one.. Smells like a trap game to me

Gronk gets in the game early!

Thank god someone stepped up and said this. It's a guaranteed Patriots blow. Nothing to worry about now.

certainly concerned about this game. Gray needs to have a big game and so does Wright IMO. Jets will be playing like its their Super bowl and would love nothing more than to piss in our cornflakes. We have a lot of injuries to key players so this could either be a disaster or a pleasant surprise that someone out of the ordinary steps up and plays well.

Haha. Well. I guess I'll keep my compliments to myself. My hair comment is going to break the Internet "à la Kim Kardashian's butt"...

Anyone else think Amendola is going to step up today and help us move the chains in place of Edelman?

A trap game happens when a team looks past what they consider an inferior opponent. buffalo isn't exactly GB or Seattle, so why would the pats be looking past the jest and worrying about the jills?

I think Gronk and Gray are the key guys. Maybe even Wright, who could see extra time with Edleman out.

Here at MetLife. HUGE contingent of Pats fans! Cheers louder for Pats warming up than Jets. I'd say the ratio is 60% Jets fans & 40% Pats fans! Everyone wearing their colors - no problems as there are too many of us! Go Pats!!

I have frosted flakes, and nobody pisses in my cereal. Let's get 'em.

Is there ice water in hell?

Depends what step up is defined as. Given what we know, if he catches 2-3 3d down chain mover passes to me that would exceed expectations.

That said there's still LaFell and Wright who also might get more touches/looks in the gameplay as well.

The New England Patriots have released their inactives list, and while most of the drama unfolded yesterday, it was interesting to see Dan Connolly and Alfonzo Dennard join Julian Edelman, Kyle Arrington, and LeGarrette Blount as inactive.

Connolly’s deactivation is less surprising than Dennard’s, as he has been dealing with a number of different ailments as of late. Connolly has had a rough year thus far, but he his much better than Josh Kline, his backup, so the Pats have to do all they can to ensure he is healthy for the playoffs.

Lot's of folks out in this game. Are we to worry about a potential loss to the 3-11 Jets?
I'm not confident that Logan/Butler & Amendola will be up to the task.
