Maybe Brady gave Edelman his concussion. LOL... great article.

he's like a boxing trainer trying to snap his fighter out of it :D

Every time I brought up brady potentially hurting himself, or his teammates I got eviscerated and called a moron.

Who's laughing now!?!?

:D

Well, in fairness, if the author is doing more than poking a little fun at Brady, he's a moron. I haven't seen your comments, so I'll withhold judgement on you for the time being. :)

Maybe that's where the red zone problems have been lately.

"You score..."

"Nah, YOU score... my ears are still ringing from friggin' Brady smackin' me upside the head on my last touchdown..."

OK, so it's not just my imagination! As the season has gone on I've found myself bracing for impact whenever Brady races toward a receiver after a TD. He wasn't always quite this crazy, was he?

Funny article, too. One of those cases where a reporter asks about something trivial enough that the players get to break out of their "we're on to Cincinnati" mode.

The most hilarious celebration I saw of him was the denver game last yr after gronk scored a TD. Even collinsworth remarked 'Everybody thinks Gronk is crazy, but Brady's nuts!'

Fixed your post.

It's remarkable. Tom Brady is now larger than life. That's the Wall ****ing Street Journal.

I looked up the definitions of "Legend" in Webster's. Brady is, while still an active player, a Legend.

Here are the various ways in which Webster defines "legend." They will mostly all apply to him one day. It must be an awesome realization for him when he reflects on it.

a : a story coming down from the past; especially : one popularly regarded as historical although not verifiable ["I remember the day that Tom Brady gave Julian Edelman a concussion with a head butt."]

b : a body of such stories <a place in the legend of the frontier> ["Do you remember the time that Brady..."]

c : a popular myth of recent origin

d : a person or thing that inspires legends ["I remember listening to John Madden when he said, 'What Tom Brady just did gives me goosebumps' right after Brady had led the Pats from their own 16 to the St. Louis 31 with time running out in Super Bowl XXXVI.]"

e : the subject of a legend <its violence was legend even in its own time — William Broyles Jr.>

Yep. Remember SB 36? When they won, he was pounding on Drew Bledsoe's chest and screaming in his face. ;)

Are you being serious?

Yes i was being serious,

I think tom hurt his hand during that celebration and i think his performace for the rest of that game, and through to the KC game showed it.

Brady was absolutely KILLING it prior to that celebration, and then after the offense goes into witness protection for 4 games.

You don't see him punching people in the helmet anymore.

I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with you on this one. There is no reason to speculate on anything so unusual and unnecessary when the offensive line's issues are a suitable explanation. Even more so if you are trying to pin the next three weeks on the same phantom injury.

What a moronic statement. Geez!!

:)

I also remember that, way back when Brady was in the tunnel screaming and pounding on Bledsoe saying something to the affect, "I'M TAKING YOUR JOB, I TOLD YOU, I'M TAKING YOUR JOB". He's always been a nut. :p

Thanks for that memory post. I remember that well. Collinsworth nailed it.
