I'll be makeing the trip to the Meadowlands for the first time on Sunday. I got the tickets cheap enough where it is worth the 4 hour drive. It will be fun to see Rex Ryan's last game vs. the Pats in person. Also it's Revis first game back at MetLife. Should be a fun time look like it may snow on Sunday too.

*NJ
:p

As a side, I should note that one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had in my life was going to see the Jets lose to the Patriots, 45-3 back in 2010. Granted that was at the Razor, but still...

Yah that was a cold December Monday night but I never thought about the temperature once while watching the Jets get tooled right from the beginning.

I'm watching the weather as I'm only a 45 train ride away from the stadium....Being a native New Englander, bad weather is a challenge and as long as it helps drop prices, I may be in...

Don't forget to bring body armour. :D

I was thrown out of New Jersey in 1982 and prohibited from returning for 40 years. I plan on returning in 2022 for Brady's last game in that sewer of a state.

I will be there! I wish I hadn't bought the tickets back in October looks like I could have saved some money by waiting!!

if storm goes more south NY will still get snow/rain..more north and they get it along with us

I have lived in NYC for 6 years now but am from the Boston area originally. I'll be going to the game. As I pointed out in another thread, I made sure to purchase tickets in the endzone under the overhang, so I'll be nice an dry.

Back in the mid-2000's I used to go every year. I had a Raider friend from the old KFFL board who lived not too far from the stadium. I used to drive down and meet him in the parking lot around noon. I went about 6 times, never went with a ticket, never had a problem getting one, NEVER paid full price. Old Giants stadium was a great place to watch a game. Not much for creature comfort, but great sight lines (not that that small detail matters anymore. Its all about the luxury boxes, elite seating, and freakin' lounges these days ).

I would think about going but the weather looks bad. The best time is when we play them their early. The weather is good and Jet fans are more feisty and thus more fun. By this time of the season, they are kind of beaten down and sad

too much danger of contracting any number of communicable diseases to got to that sewerhole. The best thing would be to buy NOTHING and let those green mooks swallow the monetary loss as well as the game in a half empty stadium.

I'm way up in to 300's but ya got a good deal on the seats for 2 tickets it was the price of 1 at the razor for a bad game .

There might be enough booze at my local bar to get me drunk enough to go to New Jersey for a football game, but I couldn't drink it all.

Are you tailgating or know of anyone who is? I am not finding out much. I know there is a big party Saturday evening but haven't heard about anything at the stadium Sunday.
