MNF: Saints vs Bears

This is great material for the post game show out here in Chicago...

Bears run a fake punt... with only ten players on the field. Outstanding.

If a defense can put a corner on you, and the offense doesn't respond by running down their throat right behind you, then you're not a tight end.

Why do you think the Saints have the record they have? Peyton would rather lose with Brees throwing than win with Ingram running.

I love how Gruden is calling out the fact that Graham is just a big WR, and now that teams are treating him like one and defending him with corners, he's being held in check. Belichick was way ahead of the curve on that (see: Talib shutting him down last year), and I've been arguing that the Graham vs. Gronk debate for best TE isn't a debate at all since Graham isn't a TE ever since.

To be 'fair' to Graham, he was saying that he was a WR, and not a TE, when it was money time.

Definitely, and I agreed with him. Sure, Graham was just saying that to get more money tag money (and thereby more leverage in contract negotiations), but there was a real element of truth to what he was arguing.

He's a TE in only the most technical of terms. Functionally speaking, he is and always has been a tall WR.

Man, the Saints are **** this season. That says a lot about the Bears.

Chicago's fans are the most miserable on the planet. It was so quiet, I'm pretty sure I heard a queef in the stands somewhere when the Saints offense was on the field.

Hope the fans didn't pay a lot to sit in that weather and watch this flaming pile on the field...

True, but I can't really blame them. To come out after work on a Monday night in december in Chicago, just to watch a ****ty team shut out your even ****tier team... I'm borderline impressed that their fans showed up at all.

There are good games, and there are bad games. Then there's 50 feet of crap. And then there's this game.

Gotta say I'm a little surprised Gruden is going to stick around in the booth for another 5 years. Thought there would be a coaching job out there for him.

I think Cutler should be the next Jets QB. Sign the beast!

Umm no... Don't you know anything about football? Everyone knows the Saints are only good every other season. They were 11-5 last year so obviously they're going to be bad this year... Dur
