No, you ignored the fact that the Jets wereone stop away from the SB. I'm not trolling, when I make that Statement. When I say "The Jets will win a SB in five years" I'm trolling, but when it comes to discussions such as these I'm Not. the Jets have more playoff wins than half the league since 2000, they're an average franchise.

Had even came into Foxboro and stole one in Nov. But alas. Hopes and dreams were snuffed out 37-16. Instead of Brady throwing it all over we crammed the ball down your throats. 38-158, sliced and diced by Maroney, Dillon and Faulk. Jabar Gaffney and Reche Caldwell caught 154 of Tom's 212 passing yards. A nice pick-six from Samuel.

But by far my favorite part of that game: Sending in 94 year-old former Jet hero Testaverde to take a knee and end the suffering. Classic.

So I'm looking at ESPN's list of their choices for the 50 greatest Jets players ever, and I get to the top 4. In reverse order:

• Darrelle Revis - Now a member of the Patriots
• Curtis Martin - Poached from the Patriots
• Don Maynard - Drafted by the Giants and played for them, before the Jets even existed
• Joe Namath - Drunken panty hose wearer, with a losing record as a member of that team, who started 3 playoff games in his whole life

So 3 of their top 4 all-time players have significant ties to their two most hated rivals, and the guy considered #1 is a longtime starting Jets QB with a losing record. That's gotta hurt.
