Jets are VERY motivated to beat the Patriots... for Rex Ryan, as a departing gift.

I wonder if they are going to do gimmicks like the Rams did to win a few games?

Will this be a trap game?

I'm sure the Patriots won't take the game for granted.

Have been thinking about this, as well. Don't think there is a trap there, but the intensity will be high on both sides which makes things a bit more unpredictable.

ol rex is going to pull all the stops sunday. this is his last game against BB and the pats.

I doubt this would be a trap game because the Patriots usually don't look beyond their next opponent and there is something significant to play for next week (a playoff bye).

I can see the Jets gearing up for their "Super Bowl" but the Patriots have been in more than their share of meaningful games the last several weeks.

I hope the Pats are alert on fake-punts, onside-kicks, etc..

surprised the jets aren't trying to suck for the duck!

They'll be going for it on 4th down a lot, I'd guess.

The Patriots Defense is playing at a high enough level to stop everything the Jets can throw at them. The issue is, which Jets D will show up?

This game should be a Patriots blow out victory but who knows in divisional match ups?

i predict a fake punt...long fake FG ect. I just hope the pats are ready for it

I think they will play hard and try some different stuff but the coaching staff won't get to stupid as they do all want a job someplace else eventually.

The Jets will play us hard. They will do what is necessary to play for one of the best defensive minds in the NFL.

In that, I mean they will be auditioning to be the next Revis, Woodhead or Ihedigbo.

I dunno how this could be a trap game for the Pats. It's the Jets, they beat us last year, played us really close earlier this year, and most of our guys don't like them and vice versa.

I could see this game going a few ways, but a Pats blowout wouldn't surprise me at all.

Yep they're a tough out for the pats anyways.

Heard there was a major noreaster on its way for game time.

They'll bring Rex back again in 2015.

From your mouths to gods ear.. he and Idzik will provide a lot of laughs next year...

They can have crappy coaches who do not know how to develop quarterbacks and are bombastic for the next quarter century, that would be a good thing.

With all the Pats Fans going perhaps they can start a chant.. "We want Rex"!!!! Woody Johnson is easy to confuse..

They're going to run the ball a lot, a 3-4 with a DL of Branch-Wilfork-Siliga might be in order for this one.

It's not a "trap" game, because BB won't let that happen. But it is a dangerous game. The Jets' W last Sunday effectively takes them out of the "duck hunt."

The players generally like Rex and would like nothing more than to give him this one as a Meadowlands parting gift. I don't care what the spread says, this will go down to the wire.
