There seems to be little interest in WR's on this board but I'm a little bit surprised. Don't get me wrong I think we have bigger needs, DE and interior online but grabbing a top WR at the end of the 1st should be the next priority. Although just to be clear its either round 1 or day 3 i really don't want another mid round plodder

I don't know about the end of round 1, but I also feel that WR should be a very high priority,
right after LG & Pass-Rusher. I only wish that someone other than Bill and/or his D3 toadies
were making the pick, because it is now clear as crystal that the FO does not know what it is doing
regarding drafting WRs.

BB won't even think about WR in round 1, the earliest he'll take a WR is in 2, I personally think DGB would be a MAJOR steal there, and also like White, Funchess, and Greene if they are on the board at 64 next year, I LOVE Crowder and Taylor as Day 3 steals for us at WR

I would take a WR until day 3, most likely. Maybe late day 2. DeAndre Smelter is my favorite by far. Tony Lippett is very intriguing because of his height, speed, route running and dual-position diversity. Antwan Goodley is kind of intriguing to me if he slips, as a guy who could be a WR/RB hybrid (Jeremy Langhorn could also play that kind of a role).

I think they like a guy named vincent mayle wr Washington state.

Titus Davis out of Central Michigan, Antonio brown's alma matter. My friend is an alumni and so i watch some C. Michigan games and the guy really reminds me of Brown, in fact he surpassed him in career receiving yards this season.

I like Lockett of k state. Perfect guy to groom behind Edelman once we cut amendola in the offseason.

This is why I'm not sure about Lockett, Crowder and maybe even Justin Hardy:

Lockett - 175lbs
Crowder - 175lbs
Hardy - 188lbs (better)

Amendola - 195lbs (although was 183lbs pre-draft).
Edelman - 200lbs
Welker - 195lbs

Lockett and Crowder do have some ground to make up.

Please note that this isn't a comment on their ability nor do i think there's no chance they'll be drafted, it's just a concern.

I don't think we should target smaller receivers in the draft. I'm hoping if dorial green-becham comes out and is available in the second or third round , I think it would be a good pickup.

It's hard enough to predict how tall and talented wrs will project. It's even harder with receivers under 6 ft. For every Antonio Brown there are 400 busts to go along with him. You could look at their film and 3'cones all day long and still come out wondering if it translates to the NFL and this team.

I like Rashad Greene's game. Seems like he actually runs pass routes in that offense. Good kid. Pretty quiet and reserved. Not your typical FSU player. I'd consider him at 64.

With the Dobson expierement not done, Amendola's status for 2015 in question, Tyms, Boyce and Orton still lingering, Slater still on the roster and then the fact the ball needs to find it's way to the big 4 of Gronk, Jules, Jo-Jo and Wright I don't see a high pick going on a WR.

I think (know) BB loves ST guys who can be versatile and even though he's very light at 5-11 160 I like Jamarcus Nelson of UAB in the late rounds. We need a new KR/PR guy and this kids got a ton of exp with burner speed.

If he goes to the combine and bangs out an impressive 40 he could shoot up the charts ala Dre Archer, who at 5-7 had less room to put on muscle.

Smelter has huge upside but I think they can probably get him later now.

I think Funchess from Michigan could easily play the AH role.

I would love to see BB take a flyer on Dorial Green-Beckham (provided he is not on the personal conduct policy no no list) 6'5" 4.5 40, that is Randy Moss like.

Funchess doesn't impress me. He plays soft from what I've seen. Green-Beckham has too many issues, and will be drafted too high for my taste. Randy Moss had issues too, but he was much more of a physical freak (more like a 4.3 40, and much better developed as a receiver). JMHO.

Im on the green-beckam train too, but I don't think we should take him in the first. If he's there in the second or even (though its highly unlikely ) the third then I'd be down. But I'm thinking oline has to be our top picks.

GBL pushed someone down a flight of stairs or at least that's how it came out originally. I doubt they'd be interested in him.

My favourite for this offense is Deandre Smelter. Samiie Coates, Ty Montgomery and Antwan Goodley all intrigue although I haven't sene much of the latter two this year.

Smelter is my clear favorite, too. I expect him to be a staple of just about every mock I do between now and the draft. I'm not a Coates or Montgomery fan - too inconsistent. I think they'd drive BB crazy. Goodley is intriguing to me as a possible RB/WR hybrid, but only if he lasted to late day 2 or day 3.
