The 2014 Edition : Jets continue to suck (what else is new)

Ryan Leaf showed flashes of being a Pro Bowl quarterback. He once had a game where he put up a 111.8 quarterback rating!

In fact, Leaf played in 25 games while Geno's played in 27 games, and they both have the same number of games with a QB rating above 100. That number is 1.

"Here Comes Another Loss" by Al Dukes (to the tune of Here Comes Santa Claus)

This made me laugh on the way to work this morning - and since it is a parody of a Christmas song inspired by the ineptitude of the green beans it really belongs here ....

click the audio and enjoy

Jets (2-11) versus Titans (2-11) this weekend.

Not sure who to root for. Jets, so they screw up their draft, or Titans, because they are the team playing the Jets....

Anyone know a board where the Jets' Dead Brain Trust posts now that JI is dead?

Jets all day. You think the titans are ready to move on from their last attempt at drafting a qb? I think they may be stupid not to grab Mariota, but they may have barely enough functional brain cells to trade down and acquire numerous picks from a truly qb desperate team.

Jets will be a tough out for the pats.
Yes, we usually play you guys tough, and of course Rex would like to stick it to Bill one more time. You guys should win along the lines of 30-21.

Jets have a running back who runs as hard as beast mode. Stack the line and make geno throw. Can't let that running back get up a head of steam.

What could have been:(

I had this dream recently, but I sadly woke up to the realms of reality

....this almost sounds like a parody of It's a Wonderful Life with BB in place of George Bailey about to jump in the river after another Patriot loss, then an angel gives him a vision of what life would be like if he coached the Jets...

...in this alternate reality, the Jets forum would have this long thread "The 2014 edition: The Pats continue to suck", Brady and Gronk are playing for the Jets...

Is it too early to eulogize for Rex?

Anyway, here it is

I could see the Patriots possibly scoring less than 30
but I cannot conceive how the Jets score 2 never mind 3 TDs against the 2014 Pats D *

* on reconsideration, Brady could try to take on Peyton's records for Pick 6s

I always like a playing a team coming off of a win..not sure why but i do. Either way i think the jets may actually win that one.

Jets give us trouble because of their DL. Heavy dose of the run when we play the suck jets in 2 weeks
