Question for the board: Green Bay or Seattle?

I watch a lot of Seahawks living up in the NW, probably more than any other team but the Pats. You probably would have been right about this point beginning of the season but they seem to get enough pressure each and every game on the QB with Bennett, Avril and Irvin. Plus some younger players of theirs have stepped up, Jordan Hill has looked terrific, and Dobbs in the San Fran game played excellent.

Yes it is Mark Sanchez, but what they did to that Philly team yesterday was a seriously spectacular defensive performance. In fact, since 2000, only 4 road teams have gone on the road against a likely playoff team and held the opposing offense to under 150 yards. One of those teams was the legendary 2000 Ravens D.

I think Bobby Wagner back helps this D. However I don't they are as dominant defensively as they were last year as they have experienced some defections and injuries. They are not as good offensively either as Tate and. With all that said - depending on the seeding they and GB are the two best teams in the NFC.

I did not give up on them for the season.I was pissed because i thought one of the greatest QB in the history of the game was being cheaped out on. Prematurely...and I admitted that. I'm not going to apoligise for being pissed off because I care.
And even though the O line has vastly improved since that time. I still have some concerns about them.
Its been a great season I feel as good about this team going forward since 07. I almost think the D is better.

According to you they are just average and have no chance. That's what you call "reality."

I dont think I would call Solder a turnstile. He was awful in the first half yesterday and has had a few other bad games but overall he has been very good in his time as the LT. I am more concerned about generating some pass rush against guys like Wilson or Rodgers, I hope Jones will be able to bring that for us but he still isn't playing so we don't know.

Against decent pass rushers he is a turnstile.

We played Seattle pretty well in Seattle a couple of years ago. With a better defense this year I think we could fare well against them.

Would still take GB though.

Honestly there's pro's and Cons of each. I'd actually take Seattle as silly as that sounds. They are just less offensively explosive than GB.

I really think we can man up against them have collins spy wilson. It would then be a case of can TB put up 24-28 points against the Seattle D. I'd bet money more times than not that we could accomplish this.

The game would come down to our Ol and DL tho... can it hold up?

Seattle is NOT what it was without the 12th man Howling at the Moon, in Seattle. Green Bay could barely handle the Pats at Lambeau; and would have lost if Gronk double clutches his end zone reception.

But it's immaterial. The "Redemption in the Desert" game will pit the hometown Cards against the Pats in the preposterously named University of Phoenix field, as a supposed neutral site.o_O

Lombardi #4 will be on display at Gillette's Hall of Fame next season.:)

Don't count out ARZ.

Certainly not out of the realm of possibility. Heluva Defense down there.

Both revenge game but Pats/Packers would be a better draw.

I don't care I cant stand it.

Seattle has a nasty D! I would rather have another go at GB! Neutral field makes their ability to get after the qb a little more average.

We're moving on to Miami.
