Interesting, you post this..
Couple of things and I'm done with the thread.

Then a few posts replied towards you later..
And if they were 5-5 the perception of me being right would have been part of that reality. And this thread would have been closed.

I based my argument on what was going on at the present time and on what they did in past years with guys like Amendola for Welker. Caldwell for Branch to name a few. THOSE ARE LEGITIMATE ARGUMENTS on piss poor cheapskate moves which was the genesis for the thread in the first place.
Luckily they have Tom Brady to put up with that ****. Thats another huge factor.
THEY HAVE BEEN RIGHT MORE THAN WRONG. Including, apparently this year. Which i have conceded too.
But when your hall of fame QB was getting crushed every play and your defensive line is like a sieve.I reserve and earned my right to *****. Looking at what money was spent and on who the past practice of looking cheap comes to mind is fairgame. Nobody is happier than me than me that they righted the ship.

Maybe this is the problem. I haven't really been a part of this whole thread but I can tell you don't know when to quit on a thread, which is why this keeps going further and further.

You need to accept that your opinion on this is disagreed upon by many others of this forum, and come to terms with it. You only add more and more fuel onto the fire by constantly trying to find an argument out of every single disagreeing post.

And saying that you're done with a thread then go on to respond to more posts is definitely not helping your case.

George Allen would be proud of Elway with his "The future is now" approach.

Let's revisit the Broncos in three years.
They are on their way to fringe playoff team this year.

The one and only post made in last night's game thread by the OP of this thread was a Hit-and-Run job immediately after the lone Brady interception of the night.

"Tom Brady shows his age on the road.Plain and simple.
He makes mistakes and bad throws on the road he never made in his career."

BTW, Brady went 28-44 for 317 yards, 2 TD 1 INT on the road against an 8-4 team.

Maybe the OP is not very good at understanding football.

To bad for the op, they won the game.

Doesn't take away from the fact that his play on the road has passed its peak.
By the way one of those TD's had a hell of a lot more to do with Edleman than Brady. Edleman saved his ass on that throw and run.

It was a bait post and he was tossed immediately. A good thing IMO in a gameday thread. No one wants to read the 53 post back and forth I need to have the last word personal attack p!$$!ng matches in a thread that get's 2000+ posts in 4 hours. The overwhelming majority of participants are just there trying to enjoy the experience with fellow fans.

It ruins the experience and I think Ian did a great job. You make one post in reply and it's to easy to get sucked in. I've been guilty before, God knows. People weren't getting bounced for language.

Maybe the OP is not very good at understanding the site is named "PatsFans. Being critical is not against the rules, but you can read the tea leaves as to where things may devolve. I wrote a somewhat scathing reply to that post, remembered a couple people just got tossed, erased it and responded with a benign retort.

I wrote "Hi Dan Shaugnessy" and thought I hope I don't tossed for that. The quick react bannings kept me honest, for sure.

Ian was almost as good as the Patriots D last night.

A simple review of past games, over his career, will show that he has mediocre to good games spread throughout every season. The fact that they aren't great doesn't mean anything about a decline.

And EVERY team and QB has plays like that, with massive YAC, that go into the stats. Those plays are a big part of every QB's successful games.

No QB, Brady or anyone else, could meet the standards you are setting up here.

Very true my friend. The frequency of the horrible decisions/throws on the road caused my consternation.

Thats another blatant lie.
Its like the Salem witch hunts if anything has slightest hint of criticism.

He makes mistakes and bad throws on the road he never made in his career."

Thats not being critical thats a fact in the context of his career. You guys are making out something its not.

No it isn't. And that is proven on these pages time and again in black and white.

You are hyper ventilating again.

But you don't care, you can't stand it.........

This is what's known as blatent delusional paranoia. And that's no lie.

He's thrown more INT's and lost more games in his career on the road as opposed to home. Shocking. The stat I didn't realize was he's actually thrown more TD's on the road.o_O Wouldn't have guessed that.

It was a great run by Edelman, no doubt, but really? "Saved his ass"? The catch was already made past the first down marker. The WORST case in that was a 1st and 10 around mid-field with the offense starting to click. Saving his ass would have been wrestling a sure pick away from a defender, or taking an ill advised dump off and running it 15 yards for a first. It was a great play by BOTH Edelman and Brady. But that doesn't fit your agenda, so it was just Edelman saving poor old declining Brady's ass, huh?

EOS.

First off I don't have an agenda. 2nd It was good throw but not perfect it was high and slightly behind. Every QB in history of the game needs quality receivers to help them be successful. Good throw by Brady . Great play by Edleman. Edleman reaching up coming across the middle can be hazardous to ones health.
