The defensive backfield was awesome. Seven defensive backs played.
====
CORNER

We played the nickel for all but two plays, with Arrington replaced by Fleming for the two plays we were in the base.

NO OTHER CORNER got even one defensive rep.

SAFETY
As usual, Chung was replaced by Harmon in obvious passing situations.

DIME BACK
Tavon Wilson got more reps than in any game this year.

I haven't felt this comfortable with the other team throwing since Ty Law went down early in 04. I still think Dennard can be a good player in this league. We've seen him do it. Needs a clean off-season. I wonder if Logan Ryan ends up at safety. Was great to see Tavon Wilson end the game with a great hit and tackle on Gates. He's been a disaster on defense. Just good to see him make a play.

How great was it to see the defense step up when the Offense was having a bad night. BB pick ups during the season have made a huge difference. This is a Defense that is getting better every time out. It was great to see Tavon Wilson come up and absolutely stick Gates on the fourth down play. But you can do that when you have probably the best defensive player in football Revis taking care of business. Please oh please resign Revis.

I think Kyle Arrington is under-appreciated. He does a good job on slot receivers and quicker guys. I think that if he had been healthy against GB it would have been a different game. Put Brandon Browner on Davante Adams, and Browner makes Adams his *****.

I feel this board dumps on Dennard from time to time but I thought he was very good last year and a good man to man guy. He is much better than Ryan IMO. I also think he got off to slow start this year with legal trouble and being banged up.

I wonder why Wilson was the choice for defensive reps over Ryan, Butler, Dennard and Ebner.
