First off credit to the Packers they won fair and square. Rodgers was unreal yesterday and once again proved why he is up there with Brady. He single-handidly won them the game (lets be honest with any other QB than Rodgers they lose) and deserves all of the praise heaped upon him.

Saying that, I felt that our offense had some bad luck. We had a couple of 3rd and 1st we didn't covert in the first half. We moved the ball afterwards, but GB did a great job of controlling the clock and having long drives. I don't think GBs defense can hold us to under 30 if our defense has some 3 and outs and we get more possessions.

BB was testing his defense in this game. Browner and Revis were great, but you need a man/zone against Rodgers. I think he wanted to see how Ryan/Dennard could do and then in the 2nd half we played more of a 2-deep safety with Revis following Nelson. Rodgers made some ridiculous throws to Starks and Cobb against LBs. Nelson made a great play (slight push off). It just seemed like freakish plays, and this game showed that we need Chandler Jones pass rushing abilities so we can contain Rodgers.

I think if we play them again in the SB we should be able to beat them. BB will have a whole new gameplan that will throw Rodgers off.

Green Bay played better than us we were lucky it wasn't 10 points more. A missed field goal and a super drop helped us out. I credit their defense for slowing down our offenseand of course their 3Rd and 4th options on offense for doing damage against us.

I think Green Bay was the better team this time. Does that mean they are THE better team? That remains to be seen.. can't forget when we lost to the Rams in '01 only to beat them in the Super Bowl.

Well, we had a missed FG and a super drop too so…..

Green Bay were the better team but they showed a lot of wrinkles in their offensive scheme, the Patriots looked pretty vanilla on both sides of the ball (that or it was just an awful gameplan).

I have found that the better team wins all the time! We may have made a game out of it, but we lost and that's all she wrote. To diminish what Rogers did to the Pats, by saying we were the better team just isn't right. The Pats lost, they did not play good enough to win. It wasn't a surprise loss, as soon as the schedule came out, Pack at home was a tough game to win. They need to play better next time! Now on to SD! :)

GB was clearly better. Execution was a big part of that..hence why they were better

Lucky to still be close at the end of the game. GB better on Sunday. We'll see if NE bounces back.

It doesn't matter who is the 'better team', only who wins the game. I'm sure Denver thought they had the better team despite losing to us.

Logan Ryan was a liability covering Adams. He has been a liability for many games. All the QBs target him.

Green Bay was the better team yesterday. Red Zone D kept the Patriots in the contest.

lol We were outgained in the air and on the ground. We were also outcoached with the play calling on both side, Packers was much better. We need chandler jones back,Rodgers had several minutes to throw in his comfy pocket. We looked like a finesse team, just like the packers. The good news is only the chargers matters now, i wanna see more toughness and it starts in San Diego.

As others have pointed out. The only reason it was close is our red zone D. The Pats just did not play a good game all round.

That said. I do believe that if we had a healthy Chandler Jones in that game then it would have been a different story. As a poster mentioned on another thread. It would change our nickle D to Nink-Easley/Vince-Jones-Ayres. Possibly providing Rogers with less time (possibly).

We also had a bit of an unlucky day with big untimely penalties / blown ref calls. 3-4 big 1st down conversions were given to Gb on 3rd down (the poor spot, Ayres negated sack, dennard being pushed).

I think it is what it is GB controlled that game, had some things go their way, but made the plays when it mattered. We had our chances tho so I am not that disheartened.

This, Green Bay dominated, especially in the 1st half. Nice 2nd half adjustment defensively, but the offense didn't adjust in the 2nd half, for the highest scoring offense to only score 7 points is was a big reason why we lost. The better team won, period. Time of possession, yardage, and final score were all in the Packers favor. Now if we out gained them 500 yards to 200 yards, and we lost on a missed field goal, then I'd agree the better team lost.

logan ryan let his rookie season get to his head. remember that hot dogging move he did after an INT last year?

Green Bay deserved that win - they made their third down conversions (easilly) and the Patriots did not - 'nuff said

But losing by 6 to GB at Lambeau Field FEELS like a victory to me

Let's put it this way - if that game were on neutral ground for the SB I feel like the Pats would have won
