Ugh..awful. Hopefully he has a good prognosis, is 100% healthy after his course of treatment and back next season.

I just read this online. Cancer sucks. Prayers to Eric that he can beat this thing.

Need to find out what this is. Mediastinal masses can be very nasty, and certainly make things like football seem very unimportant in comparison. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am very sorry to hear that. I will keep the fingers crossed for him. You are most probably aware of it but try to stay away from all the BS on the internet when it comes to projections and chances. It will only drive you crazy.

Thanks for the heads up. Don't really know how to react at the moment. Still sinking in. And it'll be a month before I can see him on the other side of the world, hopefully.
