The Patriots-Chargers game was not flexed and remains an NBC Sunday Night Football game on December 7.

Well that would be the last chance for them to have the Pats on Sunday night because I cannot see the NFL flexing out any other game. The following week is Philly/Dallas and the week after that is Seattle/Arizona (both games could be for their respective divisions). I think if Philly wasn't playing Dallas the following week, they might have flexed Pats/Dolphins into the Sunday night game.

Are the pats flying directly to san diego from green bum? I mean green bay? Be nice to have a week practicing in nice weather out there. Almost vacation like. And the flight is probably 4 hours, long and miserable.

Looking ahead, week 17 should produce some good options for the Sunday night game. In addition, they will likely make sure divisional games are played at the same time should they have playoff implications.

Yes. Spending the week in Cali.

Yes they are staying out there

Good. I'll be at the game with four busloads of fellow Pats fans. Honestly, wouldn't surprise me if this ends up sounding like a home game.
Hell yea! I'll be there, too. Glad it didn't get flexed :)

Similar to what they did in 2008, they'll be having "Patriots West" in between.

I hate Sunday night games.

I agreed but I don't hate them. Just dislike them. I get all charged up and have trouble sleeping before Monday early in the AM. Only reason I don't hate them is because I live in Florida and don't have the Ticket.

That is unfortunate.

I'm on the best coast now so SNF games aren't that bad but there's nothing better than waking up and watching a game at 10am. I hate waiting for games.

I understand. I always go to Ft. Myers Beach in October and I always hope for a night game or prime 4:25 game so I won't have to go to as bar to watch the game which I really don't enjoy. I love watching by myself and (like Gearge Thorogood) drinking alone.

I'm surprised this Sunday's game wasn't moved to 830..

SNF is the best aside from maybe Monday night. Nothing gets me more hyped than the NBC theme music.

god i hate SNF games
I don't mind them when I know that the game won't be on in my area if it was moved to a different time. It's the Monday Nighters that I'm not a big fan of personally.

Well bad news, but no surprise.

What about Dolphins - Patriots being moved to the 4PM time slot the next week, anyone think that will happen ?
