He basically wrote an article that suggested that the Pats orchestrated Blount shooting his way out of town in Pittsburgh, making the entire league not put in a waiver claim for Blount, and then sign him.

Assuming the Pats even were going to execute this whack job conspiracy, how would they know the Steelers would just cut Blount and not just suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team which would have just docked Blount pay checks? How would the Pats know that Blount would clear waivers especially with two division leaders in the AFC desperately needing RB help? Blount getting cut could have hurt the Pats if Indy or Denver put in a waiver claim for him.

Lock thread please. This is too much garbage to read on a Monday.

This writer is usually okay from what I have read in the past. Surprised he wrote this.

Did LeGarrette Blount walk out on the Steelers so he could walk right back to the New England Patriots?

There is no evidence that occurred,

Gotta love the standards required by the media. You can start an article with "there is no evidence" and then several hundred words of BS can follow.

As much as my morbid curiosity wants me to read this, I'm going to exercise a rare bit of self control and not give it a click.

I swear, people make claims that Patriots fans ascribe a ridiculous amount of forward thinking to BB, but even the most fanatical homer can't hold a candle to the paranoia of the haters. To them, BB pulls the strings of the league like it's a marionette.

Haters gotta hate...

If you click on the article you give the author credibility..

What the hell? Is he serious? Love how he says there should be a rule that a released player can't join a team for a month. Yeah, good luck putting that in to the CBA, genius.

He gets no credibility for this. It's asinine. I wouldn't wipe my behind with that. Does he even know how waivers work?

They are often judged on how many folks click on their article... frequency = popularity.

While true to some extent, views doesn't equate to credibility, at least in my mind. I hope many people read it and ask him if he's actually serious. What a joke.

The best part is how BB must have telepathically mind melded the Steelers into not giving Blount carries so he would be unhappy.

I'm local.

I'll send him an email and pass your message along. All I've got is advanced statistics to study for, and lord knows that I'm doing my best to avoid that today ;)

Pittsburgh had better hope and pray that Le'Veon Bell stays fully healthy, or their entire running game is thrown out the window. They have absolutely no depth behind him whatsoever now.

hes not implying that the BB is cheating is he? naw that can't be:rolleyes:

Note to the rest of the media ....you know your a loser when you play the BB is cheating card.
