He had a "shut-down" game. Would like him to be back next year as long as we don't overpay

Was watching NFL Network. Him and Suh were jawing after the game, so much that people had to get inbetween them.

At this point in time, Revis appears to be a player worth breaking the bank for.

Revis' form is showing him to be the best CB in the NFL and it shouldn't be a discussion. He's been everything we could have hoped for and more. Further to that, there has been a noticeable improvement in the technique of the other DBs. Some of the moves or defensive positions they take are very similar to Revis.

I'm fine with paying Revis as the best CB in the league ..... becasue he clearly is. Paying for such talent and ability isn't the problem. It's when such money is paid and you don't performance commensurate with salary. Pay the man!

He makes it so easy and I don't know how all these athletic guys like Butler can just know learn when to turn. The key is figuring out when to turn and look for the ball. Revis seems to have the sixth sense.

Was it Revis or Blount?

If he performs like this..and makes the D this much better..it's almost impossible to overpay him. He brings so much to the table..this isn't like overpaying to keep talib here..this is the best CB in the game

Revis is worth every penny. I thought this before he came to NE and think so now. He is just an incredible CB. I love watching him play the position and hope to do so with him as a Patriot in the future.

Agree completely, as long as they don't give him more than the best player at his position deserves i am fine with it.

I'll make donations. Tell me who to make the check payable to.
Maybe the contributors at this site can initiate a Kickstarter campaign to pay Revis for the next four or five years.

I continue to be in awe at how good he is at mirroring WRs. I mean, I'm watching replays, with guys running comebacks and double moves and he sitting in their pockets the entire time. It's only when he's in zone or the victim of a pick (which happened a bit today) that anyone gets any separation on him. Just the best.

I am really hoping that the pats sign mccourty and revis this offseason.

Revis brings an attitude that works well in our defense.

Revis had about 4-5 knock aways. One of them he almost picked.

To be fair, given the performance of Revis this season, he's playing to a level commensurable to his Buccaneers contract and cap hit. Hopefully Revis likes it in New England and signs for something that rewards him for performance and allows the team to go after the players they want.

If the highest paid corner is making 14M, Revis is worth 16!

He's that much better than everyone else...

Yeah it is. Probably the best DB's in the NFL outside of Seattle

I will take the Patriots due to their depth and position flexibility, pretty much all of them can play inside or out.

I think that's going to be the case, I think he is loving the winning and chance for a ring, the Patriots are going to have to be creative while ponying up the big money.

Was it Revis or Blount?

Both, and they were right, that was what followed the scumbag cut block by Raiola. Deliberate attempt to injure, he should be suspended for the next couple of games.
