Miami will play tough in NE as it is likely their playoff life will hang in hot he lance of that game.

Jets would just like to ruin the Pats somehow.

SD might be playing for playoff spot also.

All of that would have been true if Miami would have won today as well. In fact, the Miami game would be even more crucial..

Why do you think the Broncos won't win another game this season? I think they have one or two more losses. Nothing I saw today made me think they are a lock to win out. In fact, I have seen the opposite. Prior to this game, at least they dominated and held the lead all game at home. Now they need a fourth quarter comeback against a depleted team to win.

And why would Miami, SD, and the Jets play the Pats tough and the Chiefs, SD, and Bengals won't try against the Broncos. SD will be playing for their playoff lives? KC is playing for the division next Sunday. And Cincy will be playing for both their division and a first round bye.

Let's see how it ends up, I bet they run the table. Hope I'm wrong but that's my bet.

So, every single game we had a rooting interest in went against us today. Oh well, as long we continue to take care of business, it won't matter (and at least KC lost on thursday).

Why? With a Miami loss, that makes the AFC East a sure bet. Also, let KC bet up on Denver and they both will be at least 2 games back.

Dolphins win today and they stay within shouting distance of the Pats for the division with already 1 head to head win, they definitely stay in the WC hunt, and they deny the Pats a common opponents tiebreaker since they would also have beaten the Broncos. I also want no part of a division opponent in a playoff game. See Jets, 2010.

Broncos win and the Dolphins playoff chances take a major hit, and the Pats still have some room for a slip-up as they lead the Broncos by 1.5 games.

I don't think Denver will lose any of those. Let's see what happens.
You must have thought Denver would beat Rams. Denver would be lucky to pull off any of the remaining road games.

I mean, that Lions game went our way today ;)

2010 makes me cringe just as much as 2007 did

The Pats are far more likely to run the table. And even if they don't the odds of the Pats losing two games is remote. The Pats are the best team in football by a lot right now.

Part of me kinda wants the Broncos to run the table (the other part of me wants them to be out of the playoffs for laughs). I want to see them in Foxboro in the AFCCG. Barring injury, there is next to no chance that the Pats don't get HFA.

Well I guess if you care about winning the AFC east, frankly I could care less about that. I want home field. I do not want NE going into Denver. Folks can say what they want and talk big but no one wants that. I sure hope KC does the job next week. I also think NE has a pretty dam good chance against GB, they did not impress today against the Vikes.

But I think Miami becomes a much more desperate team now because they have three or four other teams battling for the same spot.

I suppose we can't have our cake and eat it too.The good news is the broncos are still vulnerable on the road, and the phins just made easier for us to secure the division, a win win situation since we took care of Detroit.

BTW, the game isn't over yet. The Broncos look like they are going to shoot themselves in the foot. Let's see if the Dolphins can get a quick score and the onside kick.

Have you watched the Pats the last six weeks. They have blown out the best teams in the league. Plus the Dolphins have a lot of injuries.

When has pass interference ever been reviewable in any capacity?

When it might have been tipped. The review is for the tip, not PI.

A little closer...

This game isn't over yet. If they convert the 2 point conversion, it is a FG game.

No I didn't watch any of the games..

Yes your right and NE has never lost a game they shouldn't right ;).....I'm just saying stuff happens and I dont care about the east, only home field.

Anyone think that Miami actually recovers this onside kick?

Edit: that was just an awful attempt.

I can't wait to see how this team matches up against the Packers. Might be the best game of the season in the league.
