Couldn't find another area to post this so here goes;

Going to the razor for a game for the first time. Will be sitting in the Putnam Club on the east side. Didn't get the parking pass with the tickets. Leaving from Worcester approximately 11 am or so.

Where should I park?
Is 11am w/ a 45 minute drive approriate?
What will it be like at Toby Keiths after the game?
Any other useful info?
Thanks in advance.

i don't think you are leaving anywhere near early enough... the last few miles can take an extra hour... then there is stadium security to get through. i think if you leave Worc at 11a you will miss the opening kickoff...

Where should I park?

That depends. If you don't mind walking, there are a ton of places up the street from the stadium that offer parking. Otherwise, I've parked in the general lots (10, 11, etc) without much problem...except getting out. Since you're planning on dining out afterward, this won't be as big an issue.

Leaving Worcester at 11am for a 1pm start might be a mistake. Traffic can be pretty hellariffic and I'd say there is a reasonable chance you might miss kickoff. If anyone has experience leaving this late for a game and can refute me, please do.

My experience is driving from the Hartford area. It's about 1.5 hours with no traffic, but for a 1pm game, I'm leaving around 9am. That gives me time to tailgate or, if with the wife, shop briefly or hit up a restaurant. I also like to get into the stadium early, walk a lap or so, take in the environment. Also, the crush at the gates right before kickoff is legendary from what I hear. I wouldn't want to be dealing with that. I get there early enough that I walk right up to the gate and I'm in the stadium in under a minute.

What will it be like at Toby Keiths after the game?

Long lines everywhere after the game. I don't know if you can at this stage or at all, but I'd think about reserving a table.

Any other useful info?

If you change your mind on dining at Patriot Place and the game is going to the last play, you've got a chance to beat the traffic. As soon as the final play is over, haul ass to your car. On the rare occasions I've done that, I've been back in CT in time for the second half of the evening game.

Thanks for your responses. Guess a 10 am departure was always the right guess. I'd like to park close to my gate, sitting in CL7, but after reviewing my ticket info, those parking areas are reserved.

I think leaving at 10 is going to be close. Good luck and enjoy the game and your first time experience.

10AM should do it assuming no tailgating. Don't wait until just 30 minutes beforehand to enter the stadium as the lines can clog up depending on the entrance you choose.

Thank you, quick triple ess and I'm out the door.

Go Patriots!

Wait you are just leaving now?!? Well, at least you will get there in time for the second half.

Parked in Lot 11 @ 1030 am.
