If Belichick could draft we wouldn't have to do so. Had he followed my blueprint for the 2014 draft he would have taken Sammy Watkins in the first, Aaron Donald in the second, Mike Evans in the third, Kahlil Mack in the fourth, Greg Robinson in the fifth, Trade Mallett for Watt and a sixth and take Jimmy Garrapolo, and then trade their seventh for the Jets 1st this season and they would have been rockin. Unfortunately Belichick is to stoopid to listen to me and we ended up with another suckass crappy draft.

You don't think Houston would at least ask for a 2016 7th rounder to supplement that trade? Let's be realistic here.

Unfortunately that satire is completely lost on Mom's basement Draftnik losers, who think that your mock is almost as good as their own proposed selections. Nevertheless, they think you are... Right ON!o_O:rolleyes:

Don't forget, Sealver Siliga is now eligible to be activated.
I like Siliga, when he was in there with Wilfork we were very hard to run on, he was also arguably the best DL down the stretch last season.

Dominique Easley, 3-4 DE, New England Patriots

First eight Weeks: -6.8

Since: +3.7

Breakdown: Given his knee injury last season, Easley was a prime candidate for this list coming into the season. He started off slow, likely due to both the injury and some scheme adjustments, but he’s started to flash the first-step quickness that made him a first-round talent. His second-half emergence could be a big story for a New England team that has lacked an interior pass rushing presence for years.

I wonder if Easley should not have been put on short IR beginning of the season. This allows more time for him to fully recover. Putting him back on the field too early may have caused more harm to the knees?

It's not like they direly need him.

If they were going to do that, it would have been a PUP or NFI situation. I have to imagine that they considered that option, and the fact that they didn't is a good sign, as is Easley's improving play.
