I hope this guys keeps posting - this thread is approaching classic status.

Ha ha ha.

The problem is that he is still lying. Claiming that he 'couldn't find this thread' when it was moved off this forum for 5 days'. He found it alright during those five days and posted in it.
I am not claiming that I couldn't find the thread. I was pissed that it was moved to a different forum and stated as much to Ian in a post. Maybe he deleted it.
Once I saw it was moved back to front and center. That when I posted my mea culpa.
I mean what the f do want?? Bone Marrow???

It was never deleted.

It is still there - - Post #504 on October 30th. Anyone can see it plain as day.

The truth is the truth.

"If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, does it make any noise??"

Often it is better to say nothing, instead of creating a spectacle of one self.. these threads have a way of dying if ignored.

:D Watching someone make a spectacle of oneself is fun. We owe alot to the FredEx's, Teenuhs and Sergio Browns of this world.

So what the F is your point???
Did I post a mea culpa or didn't I???
...and I posted it as soon as I realized it was on the main page.

What a deep thought Stephen Hawking. Then why the f don't you ignore it?????

The problem is that he is still lying. Claiming that he 'couldn't find this thread' when it was moved off this forum for 5 days'. He found it alright during those five days and posted in it.

Now, when caught in another lie, he is posting pictures of a woman screaming in response and calling people "Perry Mason".

BS is BS. Maybe he should just stop lying each time and respect the other posters here by not continually lying. It's ok to be wrong. It's ok to be critical. Just don't BS people with lies.
Ahhh, I didn't realize that. Perhaps he should have ordered a side of humility with that crow.

No problems with your SEMI (Borges-esque) mea culpa. If you left it at that, there would have been nothing more than a few more sporting guffaws.

It's the lying about not knowing this was back on the football page for 12 days when (as the OP) you have been getting least 110 automatic alerts about this thread since November 5th.

People who try to sell that kind of thing deserve contempt.

Everyone has opinions. Many are critical. I still won't let McDaniels off the hook for the last two Miami games or Belichick off the hook for letting James Sanders go. Others here think the Pats are cheap. That's all arguable - - and we do argue it.

But out and out lying to everyone is going to met with scorn. And when shown in black and white that indeed you WERE posting to this thread when it wasn't even on the main forum, you reply 'what are you, Perry Mason?'

So yes, THAT will be met with scorn. Sorry. Maybe next time you should try just being honest.

What an amazing thread. I had to go back and read the original because I don't know how it got so out of hand, even though I took the time to read every post. This is all that he wrote:

How is it that Denver can afford the guys they have on that team vs the Ocean state job lot jags that Brady has to work with on the Pats.
Do you think Denver has lot of money under the cap?
There are 4 teams in the AFC better than the Pats right now and there is no excuse for it.

What exactly did he say that was so evil? The post even got a few likes. Plus, at the time it was written, the concerns and questions were legitimate. It comes across as piling on to see over 600 posts aimed at him now that the team is playing better.

The Boston Marathon bombers get more love than this guy.

Oh, if only he left it at that one post......

Bullship i hadn't gotten an alert in a while regarding this thread . As far as i was concerned the thread was dead and I wasn't going to respond to it anyway it because it was moved.
I mean its a petty point anyway, WTF???
Keep working at your childish game of gotcha. You can work on this lying angle all you want its a strawman argument. But then again your use to those anyway.
Look I said I was wrong on the main points of contention.
I also used the analogy of driving your car to far on empty trying to squeeze every drop of gas. Thats exactly what happened in 2006. I was afraid it was rearing its head again.

I wasn't alone or in my "ill advised over reactions" either. Billion dollar franchise with an offensive line that looked like its from a community college with enough money under the cap to start another team that loses a monday nite game by 30 points, at the time was a real head scratcher.

Except you started this thread after the Jets game, which we won, to put us at 5-2. This wasn't on the heels of the worst game of the year, just a game YOU thought we should have won more handily, because you've apparently not watched enough football to ever see a wonky divisional game.

For christ sakes it was the accumulation and context of those game in their entirety that cued my response to the thread.

You posted on October 30 a full day AFTER IT WAS MOVED. :D

Please, for your own good at this point, just stop with the lying.

Look, we've ALL been wrong on this website at some point. I've eaten tons of crow having repeatedly dismissed Ninkovich, Logan Ryan and YES Jonas Gray when they all started out with the Pats.

There's nothing wrong with being wrong on a messageboard.

However, when you repeatedly write stuff like "As far as i was concerned the thread was dead and I wasn't going to respond to it anyway it because it was moved." when you indeed DID posted on October 30th when it was in the Practice Squad Forum - - - and actually COMPLAINED ABOUT IT HAVING BEEN MOVED THERE - - then you are simply exposing yourself not just as a liar, but as a very stupid one indeed.

I guess you aren't happy with the pound of flesh you received.

Maybe you should shoulder some of the blame for this thread turning into a long trip down a sewer. I haven't seen this many negative posts stirred up about one person since Rex Ryan joined the Jets with both lips blazing.

For christ sakes it was the accumulation and context of those game in their entirety that cued my response to the thread.

And it was a ridiculous overreaction then, and looks even worse now. So the stubborn defensiveness you're showing just makes it look even more foolish.

Patradomous Post #504 on October 30th tone day AFTER thread was moved to the Practice Squad:

If another mod had not engaged in this thread, I would have killed this self serving non-sense a long time ago.
But please continue on with this, as we may a audience in the various Jr. High's around the country.
