I think the straps must refer to him having to put a saddle on Gronk to ride along with him, because they certainly didn't seem able to stop him when he had the ball.

I didn't read carefully enough. The "straps" refer to the protective brace Gronk wears on his arm...What a jerk!

Straps refers to Gronk's arm brace. Sergio was apparently the guy who initially broke Gronk's arm.

Dude has had his ego bruised after that close encounter with Gronkey Kong - its natural enough - especially after Gronk himself made that crack about 'throwing him outta the club!'

On the penalty, I feel that Brown was certainly doing his share of pulling inside the shoulder pads in order to make it look worse than it was.

Not sticking up for Sergio, but that'd be REALLY REALLY dumb to be bragging about breaking Gronk's arm when he was a member of the COLTS two years ago. Kyed actually thinks that Sergio really believes that he had Gronk all covered up the whole game. Anyway all speculation, but the guy is not smart for responding to the twitter bombardment from the fans.
