Gronk has made legendary plays 3 games in a row

Obviously, we watch the games to see the Pats win. But, a big part of it should be for entertainment. I've been saying the last couple of years. This team isn't as much fun to watch without the big fella. His play and fun-loving personality is why I like football. Oh, he's not as important as Tom Brady. But, he's football's version of Cam Neely. May not be the best player. But, I like the way he plays more than any other. JJ Watt be real close:)

It honestly looks like Gronk killed him.

Well, we DO have a history of Pats' TEs killing people…

EDIT: In all seriousness, Please God, keep Gronkowski healthy ALL SEASON LONG EVEN DURING THE PLAYOFFS!!!!!

When Gronk is 100% he makes one of these plays a game. It's just ridiculous.

Gronkowski has 53 catches this season, 9 of them have resulted in a touchdown and 40 of them have resulted in a first down, that speaks to the significance of what he does.

Funny thing about last night is that Gronk was having a quiet game (in the passing game) by his standards. He really wasn't a focal point of the game plan. But those Indy DBs were jawing all game. I saw it. They kept talking and talking and then it's as if Gronk finally said, "ENOUGH!" They must have thought they were containing him. They didn't realize he wasn't the main part of the game plan. He went to Tom and said, "Get me one. Let me get 'em one time." Tom gave him the short pass and he went the rest of the way!

Seriously, I really do think the jawing set him off. You could see on the sidelines that he made the jawing gesture with his hand in a very animated fashion. He gave them a quick reminder of who the f*ck he is and then he shut it down again. This game was not about Gronk and the passing game. The Patriots knew they could run the ball and they did early and often. Save Gronk somewhat for the games that we'll need him to don the cape or turn green or whatever he does when he goes into Superhero mode.

Just because he wasn't catching many passes doesn't mean he wasn't a big part of the gameplan. He was making pancakes all night.

Respect but Duh, I spoke about his blocking on many other occasions. Based on the rest of my post, I thought it would be understood that I meant in the passing game, but I should have clarified. LOL

Please excuse me my tuckfardiness. I tend to be a lil slow Monday mornings after a primetime Pats domination.

No offense taken at all. No flag, incidental contact.

Kinda tough too imagine how a TE could play any better than what Gronk has played like this last little while. He's a uniquely gifted talent that you don't see very often in this league.

And to think .... with Brady and Revis ..... we have two others also that are on this team. Can someone say, pinch me!

I said it on this board and at work, I believe that Gronk is the best TE that I have ever seen, small sample size or not.
I'm sure you wouldn't find many to disagree with you.
