Thank you, St. Louis!!!

big loss for denver. However, KC has me a bit worried since they have the tie breaker over us. I think they can possibly win out their schedule. Pats can't afford to lose any more games.

Dude... you're harshing my mellow. Can't I just enjoy this for a few hours? Please?????? :)

Too bad Seattle couldn't pull it off in KC. That would've made the week...so long as NEP wins.

I followed the game on my iPhone play by play. If anyone watched this live, I'd love to know if the Rams mimicked the Pats game plan against Manning.

Yes, as far as the D-line games/stunts go. Seems teams have been doing that a lot since the NE game. OAK was just too incomplete a team to do anything for 60-minutes. The Rams also hit hard. DEN's WRs fold hard when they get hit. Also DEN's interior O-line has problems.

I noticed the 4th down sacking of Manning in the 4th quarter was almost a mirror image of the Akeem Ayers sack of him 2 weeks ago. Complete with looping around behind the RDT by the RDE Quinn (although he didn't take down Manning as cleanly as Ayers did)..

I saw a lot of similarities between NE's gameplan against Denver and what St. Louis did today up front.

You can thank Robbie @Rob0729 for bringing the good juju. He had that one nailed.

I admittedly thought he was crazy with the change of QBs etc for STL, but their defense is tough. Definitely a very strong front seven.

When will the "Manning is getting old/done" talk start? 3 games in a row with multiple INTs.

Depends on how you're viewing it.

Most of us are liking the thought of KC being in there to compete for the division crown. Just imagine DEN having to go to the wild card round on the road for 3 games...

I could not understand for the life of me where the "Brady is in decline" BS was coming from, yet nobody was talking about Manning when it's documented on film that his balls have lost velocity and he cannot throw in windy conditions. It's like the world just wants to see Tom fail so much that they'll even invent or create his demise. Meanwhile, Manning keeps getting a pass because of stats. Wow.

The hit on Sanders was brutal, though completely legal. The refs blew that call by flagging the defender for the hit. Denver was talking concussion, but it looked to me more like he was going to have a hell of a lot of tape around his ribs for the next few weeks.

Welker took another couple of big hits today too. As usual, Peyton had no regard at all for his receiver's safety and consistently led them into traffic as if he wanted to punish them for some infraction against his Godhood. He's going to ruin someone's career, physically, before he retires. Football is a rough sport and physically demanding, but there's no need for the consistent danger that Manning puts his receivers into.

As much as I despise Jeff Fisher, he took what New England did and modified it for his own players and stuck with his game plan. It not only looked like the Patriot's plan against the Broncos, but also like New England's game plan against the Ram's receivers in SB 36. They put the hammer down on every guy that was targeted, whether he caught the ball or not, and by the 3rd quarter, a LOT of Denver's receivers were hearing footsteps.

It was a good game and I am hoping that New England pulls out a win tonight against the Colts. If they do, I'd feel pretty good about the rest of the season.

The key to beating Denver is to get physical with them.

Huge huge break for us. Now might hafta start cheering against KC.

If we take care of Indy tonight it would be essentially a three game lead on them and two game lead on DEN. KC however would only be a game back.

Mannings combined for 7 ints today hahaha
Bad day for America's Royal Family, or Goober the Dope and Gomer the Rube, depending on your point of view. Lots of weeping and gnashing of teeth (or tooth when you only have one) in the hillbilly regions where mom and dad are brother and sister.
