That will be interesting to see if Elway is in it for the long haul (dump Manning, re-sign the Thomas') or keep Manning and lose a Thomas.

Brady's driving this car as long as he can. The main reason the Pats drafted Garoppolo is that the weather forecast is always kinda iffy where the car is headed (Thirty-nine-fortyville).

Well, the question is whether he is throwing as well now as he was earlier in the season. If age is a factor, he could start the season strong and get worse as the season goes on. That is something to monitor.

Mallett had opening series where he looked out of sync and followed them up with pretty crisp possessions more than once this preseason. If he was lights out, the Pats would have kept him and probably made Garrop the 3rd QB at the cost of another position of need on the team.Once he settles into a game he's got the skill and training to do well in BOB's system.

Watch how he throws, the velocity and how far it travels. He can't launch it like he used to. Pretty soon if the wr is 30+ yards from the line of scrimmage manning probably won't be able to hit him in stride.
