I obviously don't normally do this, but one of our members has a pretty cool item for sale that I was asked to share and given how unique it is, I figured I'd post it here to give someone who might want it the opportunity:

Here's the information:

mini-bus-final-jpg.7342

"Those cold weather games are upon us and this Patriots Tailgating Vehicle is just what you mean to stay warm and dry. The vehicle seats 11 fans. It has a RV dinette and a couch, both of which fold out into beds. Each has under-storage for all those tailgating needs.

Along the opposite side are 4 Oak base cabinets and two upper cabinets mounted on the countertop. Two end walls serve to add stability and help with storage of canopies and chairs for the tailgate. Across the back are 4 fold up seats that were original to the bus. The handicap lift has been removed and an industrial 3 step ladder with hand rails is used to transition in and out of the vehicle at the tailgate.

The dinette cushions have custom patriots fabric (not shown). Eight fat head life sized graphis adorn the outside of the vehicle along with a red, blue and silver striping. The A/C and Heater in the back of the bus are operational. No special licence is required to operate the vehicle. The 2005 Ford E450, 7.2 diesel vehicle has 229K miles on it and will run forever. Stereo with CD player and speakers throughout the vehicle. I have taken the vehicle to games this year. You are getting quite the deal and for thousands less than what I put into it!

$6500 takes it home!

Very cool and very affordable. Too bad that chocking dog Welker is on the side. Still worth the price though I'm sure you can paint Edelman on and still be worth it.

A good photo from the inside:

Man, I would love to drive that baby to a tailgate party in a few weeks...

They are fatheads and at the time they didn't have Edelman ... missing from the photo is Woodhead.

Grab a few of your buddies and chip in and buy it!

If I still lived in Maine, I would buy it myself. But I could not park that vehicle here on Long Island without risking damage to it... and myself. LOL

I can't believe there is no interest in this vehicle!

I'll agree that the Welker thing detracts a bit, but on an investment of this scale, it's a relatively minor issue. Still, replacing him with Edelman or a great like Troy Brown or Kevin Faulk might generate more interest.

The bigger thing is that it's a "big ticket" item, so it'll take a while to move.

It's a cool rig though.

$6,500 is relatively cheap for that. If I lived up there and had the extra dough to throw around, I would absolutely buy that.

I would LOVE to own this, but I just blew all my savings on a new heating system and water heater for the house. Sigh.

This is a great tailgating vehicle for those last two games and playoffs in the cold weather. Financing is available!

Tailgating Vehicle is still available ... cold weather is upon us and this would be great for the postseason games!
