Pats vs Broncos: 'Expert' Picks

I can hardly wait to kick the **** out of the Donkeys. I'll be up all night basking in the glory. But I'm sure it wont stop the five head ball washing

Week 5 ESPN "Expert Picks" featured 12 of 13 picking Cincinnati over NE. Adam Schefter was the only correct expert.

I just printed out these expert picks because I'm out of toilet paper and needed something to wipe my ass.

Yeah Mortensons picking the Pats. Then if they win he'll come up with some ****amamie story on how there some unusual interference with the play calling radio frequencies or some ****.
Or how the Broncos oxygen tanks were filled with Vince Wilforks farts.
He'll come up with some Ripleys believe it or not BS, if the Pats win.

Sounds like you can't stand it. :)

Vince Wilfork's farts sounds like a viable strategy to me.

"Expert" = slips of paper in a hat and picking one

To oppose "expert picks" seems as juvenile as opposing weather forecasts.

FWIW, I expect Denver to win on Sunday. We all identified this team going into the season as one that while likely wouldn't be a regular season juggernaut is built for the playoffs when the refs swallow their whistles because fantasy is over. Without Jones they're operating at around 65% of what they can do to mitigate Manning and the new acquisitions will take some time to gel.

I fully expect this game to be highly competitive, the Patriots to win time of possession, and for them to run quite effectively on Denver, I think the Pats either win on a late field goal or lose by one possession. The post season will be another animal entirely, and I expect the Pats to win the only trophy that matters this year.

I remember tuning in last year hoping for the Patriots to get several turnovers. They did but only after giving the ball away a few times during the first half.

I don't predict. I can't. Who knows? I only root. C'mon, Pats... CRUSH 'EM!

I hope you are wrong :(. Unfortunately I put more credit to input ofyou film watchers than those experts ..

As a fan, I find it much easier when the Pats are the prohibitive underdog, with no realistic chance in hell of beating a juggernaut like the Greatest Show on Turf or the bestest team in the universe like the Denver Broncos.

I thought it was excruciating to be fan in, like 2007, when the Pats were clearly the best team and expected to win every game.

I see no reason that the Pats couldn't notch a W on Sunday, but it's fine with me if the whole world gives them no chance at all.

To me the ESPN "experts" lost all their credibility when each and every one of them picked the Steelers to beat the defending Super Bowl champion Patriots in prime time in the very first game at the brand new Gillette Stadium.... talk about disrespect.
