On vacation this week, watching this press conference on NFL Network. What a joke. I've never heard anything like this. 15 minutes of a rambling diatribe. This is a fireable press conference as far as I'm concerned. Sounds like a big fraud.

Actually brought up the 41 - 19 minute time of possssion advantage they had in the Pats game.

Idzik just won't keep still, won't stop smirking, just very nervous like he knows his job is on the line.

The Patriots were coming off a major injury loss (Mayo) and played a terrible defensive game with a terrible defensive game plan, yet still won. This toolbag still points to the game's TOP as something meaningful?

I know Rex is done after the season, but I really hope the Jets bring back Idzik. This bean counter is one hell of a train wreck of a GM. I can't wait when he goes shopping in the bargain bin when they will have $50 million in cap space.

People ***** about Belichick not spending money to make moves, but this is a team flush with cap space and solid players begging to come back (Revis and Cromartie) and he is happy to have a converted safety play CB and sit on $20 million in cap space.

He actually addressed that. Said for flexibility. They have a lot of talent they need give contracts to, and don't want to be tied into a corner which he says is the worst situation to be in.

Can't wait for that cap space to be spent on a Geno extension.
