Broncos-Chargers

If Sanders is the upgrade over Welker, who replaces Decker? I think Decker and Sanders are almost a wash and Welker is worse.

The put up almost 50 against a 49er defense missing several key starters that is not nearly as good as their reputation. They are playing pretty well against a SD defense without both their starting CBs. This is why they are overrated. People are not looking at the teams they are actually playing and basing it based on their reputations. The 49er defense that took the field on Sunday was not very good because they were without a lot of key starters.
So which team in the AFC is better than them in your opinion, right now I mean...

Welker I am surprised isn't dead after that hit

Jeff has the right idea. Manning just wants his TD passes

What does that have to do with my point? They were the best team in the AFC last year too. What does that have to do with them being overrated and their offense not as good as last year. They are the best team in the AFC right now, but the margin isn't as big as people make it. It is a completely different argument.

Denver is. They are the defending AFC champs and are stacked this year. Maybe NE beats them next week, but they won't lose again this regular season.

The officials calling the fumble a non-fumble changed the game. Congrats, Roger. You finally have a decent matchup between top teams on Thursday, and your officials blow it.

I understand that. But does it really matter if they are better than average among average teams right now ? All they have to do is get through the competition.

I know he did...but it;s not just him now..it's entire broncos team not getting called
Come on. They were never going to let peyton lose on NFL network.

If your point is that they may be overrated based on the fact that they beat up on a then 4-2 SF team and a then 5-2 SD team due to injuries, then fine. That's understandable.

It at least differs from the usual "Denver is overrated" comments that are completely false.

I'm curious to see how we'll hold up against them with Chandler Jones and Jerod Mayo out, but then again, some just seem to like to debate things, so they'll likely just use that as an excuse if we lose (not meaning you specifically).

.... And my respect for talib is gone

Denver's good, but with an honest officiating crew, SD probably wins this one

Peyton breaking touchdown record got wayyyy more coverage than 16-0 and 50tds....
