I agree that it is any part of the arm, but the ref said his elbow was down before the ball was loose and if that is what he saw, he is wrong. The ball was loose before the elbow hit the ground.

Man these commercials, there's no difference between stupid and funny anymore. They are officially the same thing.

I saw the guys forearm down before the ball came out. elbow had nothing to do with it

True, ball was ot before elbow was down. explanation wrong, but the reversal was right

Not trying to be argumentative, but how can the forearm be down without the elbow also being down? I mean, the forearm bones don't bend.

**** NFL Network have to go back to watching these games online. I'm hoping NBC buys them out for the whole season.
