Chandler Jones reportedly out for a month

At least is not season ending and Pats will have him for the big stretch. Rest up Chandler god knows we need you to get that 4th ring

Maybe, maybe not.

But when he feels pressured he throws a HELL of a lot more interceptions.
Definitely. Have to give Elway credit for giving him a hell of a line. It's bad enough when he doesn't have an elite line. To Peyton's credit he might have the fastest release in NFL history. Hard to believe San Fran sat back and just let his guys run wild off the line of scrimmage.

What could be a good sign though is that Chandler may've played hurt through this injury. If that's the case that is having three sacks (two getting called back) which is very impressive on his part.

With how he played Thursday, depending on when the injury occurred, being out may be more of a precaution thing to prevent a worse injury from happening. Regardless I'm really hoping he'll come back and have the same impact as he did before as soon as possible.

I believe he hurt it on the blocked FG play. While everyone was hopping and hollering, he was walking off gingerly.

Their OL actually isn't playing as well this year. Frankling is having a down year, Vasquez and Ramirez are no longer playing out of their minds and Clady seems to still be knocking off rust. That Broncos team is vulnerable, just as we are.

So I'm guessing we will be running a 3-4 from now on?

I trust their defense a whole lot more than our trust our defense currently speaking of course

I always felt Marino had the fastest release. Guy would flick the ball out without ****ing his arm.

Never saw Marino play. I hear he had an uncanny ability to move away from pressure. I think Bruce Smith said you couldn't tackle the guy if you were in a phone booth with him.

Here's hoping it's no more than a month and no lingering effects from it for the rest of the season.

I think the inverse of Hank Bullough's quote on running a 3-4 with only one good LB applies here.

"You don't run a 4-3 if you only have one good defensive end!"

He used to torch the Pats all the time. He was not only quick but accurate too.

**** this. What do i have to sacrifice to the football gods to make this **** stop and for the NEP to end a season healthy and not be ****ed over and lose a possible championship over this ****? Best team in the damn NFL when healthy. So disgusted with this ****.

Bright side to this? Chandler isn't going to be overworked and exhausted at the end of the year like last year. He might take a couple games to try that hip out though.

Andre Carter or Mark Anderson?

Dare I say... Michael Sam a practice squad signee to see what he can bring, if anything?

welp, this is one way to make sure his snap count is reduced and he's fresh come january.

Michael Sam is strictly an edge rusher, a stiff, not even mediocre player. Do not want.
