What terribly clever point is it you think you're making here?
That's Manning's record VS the Pats in AFC Title games.

2-1.
18-8
peyton has as many pick sixes as he has td's in superbowls.
0 Super Bowl titles since caught with the skipping crow snoise CD on national tv....
lol, yeah it's not like CBS said it was a technical glitch on their end or anything. That's probably why the "skipping" crowd noise isn't on the radio broadcast of the game.
Odd huh, that it would be on the TV broadcast but not the radio?
yup...my favorite manning pick 6. it was glorious. you have a chance to tie the game and you throw a crushing INT. of course espn ignores that because peyton destroys the raiders/texans of the world.
such a disgusting bias in the media.
They actually took a shot at Manning on NFL live. They were naming all the receivers that helped Manning get a TD and they added Tracy Porter in there and were like "Oops not him"
Montanta never won a SB without a dominant D, reminds me of another QB.

As soon as Manning broke the record I knew I had to come here to Patsfans.com and read you Pats fans spill your bile .......and you did not disappoint. You could set your watch by you guys and your Manning hate, it never gets old.
This thread is classic Pats fan lol.
Anyway, thanks for the laughs, I'm sure you'll keep em coming.
Of course his stats are better. In addition to stacked teams (his Broncos squad last year was immense) and rule changes literally designed to be in his particular favor- stats are what he does. They're the only thing he does. What he doesn't do, pretty much ever, is win big games. And not only does he come up small, but he's often involved in the nature of the actual loss. And I'm not just talking SBs here either. Some of his playoff exits were almost hilarious.
Brady/Montana/Manning are not close. Nuh uh. I'd forgive someone saying Brady, Montana, and then... tier 2 and if you want to plug Manning in fine. But I'm sure as heck not going to put him 3 even if someone wins the Elway concept with me there's no way I'd take him above Marino. (I also wouldn't take him above Unitas, Graham, or S. Young, or Baugh either.)
It's an opinion game so I get to feel that way. And that's why I say it's not "clear." I don't know what the makeup of this board is, but there's statistically no chance I'm on an island putting him further down than #3.
Elway doesn't belong anywhere near the top of that list given his epic folds in the Super Bowl.If you were looking at the list of the top ten most clutch QBs of all time, Manning doesn't even make the top ten. All of his el foldos in the playoffs seem to be showing up there. This is the makeup of most of the lists (NFLN, NFL Films and SI.com) the last time I checked;
Montana
Brady
Elway
Starr
Staubach
Unitas
Stabler
Graham
Young
Marino
After that they have Manning, Aikman, Bradshaw and Namath.
