Much higher up than you guys! You know where Ernie Adams and BB's kid sit in the coordinator booth? I'm about 5 rows below that.
I was there for that too. It was raining so hard my dad and I left. He's 66 so I blamed his age for us leaving but actually I just ****ed out. That's up there! I was up in that same spot last year for the Jets game. It poured that Thursday night too. It was not a fun evening. I hope it's better than that game last year. 13-10, with the Pats scoring all of their points early. We had to sit there in the pouring rain watching them hang onto this slim lead for the rest of the game.
4,463 tickets on Ticket Exchange as of 1:30 today. Wow. That's a lot of tickets. I don't get it. It's got the perfect combination of a bad team coming in as an expensive "Marquee Game" on a Thursday night during a torrential thunderstorm. What more could you ask for?
I am trying to relay in a nice way that I am extremely loud and boisterous when I'm in the stands
But always with élan.
Or Panache.
I forget... Which of the strippers you takin' this time?

May want to grab up some red seats so you can get inside and sip some wine.
That's OK. Just swing by sec. 227, row 12 with the beers and sandwiches on your way upstairs. Don't skimp on the mustard.Much higher up than you guys! You know where Ernie Adams and BB's kid sit in the coordinator booth? I'm about 5 rows below that.
Finally, now I know. That explains why I had to give those beers and sandwiches away to four surprised but grateful strangers. Well, three were grateful -- the fourth complained about his beer being too warm, but he already was drunk from tailgating. So as usual the old man and I parked in that Fitness place parking lot on rt 1 that's 1.5 miles from the stadium. We walked to to the stadium pretty slowly because he gets winded from his meds. We got to the gate at 7:39 and I start walking in but then hear him calling my name. I turn around and he says, "guess what I forgot in the car." The ticket, of course. He told me he'd walk back and meet me in the stadium. I told him to wait there and started jogging back to the parking lot, ducking and weaving through the crowd that was walking against me, of course. I heard several hilarious jokes such as, "wrong way buddy." Got yelled at by a cop because I didn't notice him telling me to stop to let a car pull in a lot. Got to our car, grabbed the ticket, took off my sweat drenched sweatshirt and ran back to the stadium, this time more slowly because there were more people walking. Got back to the gate at 8:05 and the line was much longer but got in at 8:20 and were up on the 3rd level in time to see Vereen grab that TD. My poor dad felt so guilty he bought all my beers for me.
Anyway, that's why I missed out on all of those free drinks you guys were going to buy me. Thanks anyway.
Afterwards I learned that you can print out a lost/forgotten ticket at the stadium. Oh well, next time.
