You don't remember Marc Edwards or Heath Evans, or from the previous decade Sam Gash (as PWP mentioned) or Kevin Turner or Keith Byers?
Depends on how we are classifying fullback.

Sam Cunningham's formal position was fullback. Clearly he was more of a runner as opposed to an inline blocker.

Tuner was most likely the best "receiving" fullback in Pats history. Very productive.

In terms of inline blocking, I don't think anyone is/was at the level of Sam Gash. Punishing..

Probably Evans has had the better career, but in terms of being the overall package and having his career in front of him, I would put my money on Devlin.

I meant to say the best FB we've had during the Brady era.

I laugh every time i see his neck roll. He looks dumb out there but he really brings it, props to Dev.

Clearly not a fan of Vincent "The Undertaker" Brown, I take it?

I just know that he may have the best neck roll of all time.

I'm glad to see that Bryan Cox passed on the torch and gave up his car seat.

After all this praise the headlines may read James Develin released.. you never know.

Is Moise Tatupu in consideration for best fullback??

Good one. How could I have forgotten to mention Mosi, with his fan club the Mooses?
